• Client facing Project Manager and internal Team Supervisor of Pharmaceutical Meeting and
Speaker
Bureau Planners. Responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising assigned Pharmaceutical
marketing projects. Ensuring that the programs and events are on-schedule, in scope and within budget.
• Directing project team members to ensure processes and procedures are followed so that Speakers,
KOLs and Hosts travel, hotel and ground transportation is successfully planned and procured; AV,
food, venue and office locations, contracts, materials and travel logistics are planned flawlessly.
