Thank you for the clarification.
Indeed, we understand that you are acting on behalf of these companies which is why we are
in discussion with you on the repayment terms. Technically, the agreement has to be with
the original buyer.
Assigning the obligation to your company is not accepted by the credit insurer, and therefore
it is not possible to sign a repayment plan directly with your company. It is however possible
to accept a guarantee from your company in addition to signing the agreement with the
original buyer.

Insurance Corporation (SINOSURE) in relation to the export of Sumec Complete Equipment &
Engineering Co. to Toney Goetz NV, Goetz Gold LLC, and AGOR DMCC.
We understood that the buyer has defaulted on their payment under this purchase
agreement. We were given your name as the contact person with whom to inquire about the
reasons for nonpayment.
When convenient, please let me know if you are aware of the reason why the buyers did not
pay for this transaction and whether there is an intention to amicably settle this debt.
