III) The Call charges Within the CUG group is "free" and charges outside VPN/CUG group are as per respective tariff plan.
IV) The CUG number can be from BSNL 2G or 3G mobile numbers and there is no restriction on the mix of plan for formation of CUG group.
V) National CUG tariff is applicable where it is technically feasible
VI) All other terms and condition will remain the same.
VII) The above Fixed Monthly CUG is applicable to voice calls within CUG .video calls and other charges will be as per normal tariff

The next lower plan for plan 325 is plan 99.
Add-on plans are only applicable to plans having FMC Rs.325 or more.
There are no changes in the tariff of plan145, plan149, plan725 and plan1500. The existing tariff will be applicable.
There are no changes in the tariff of Zonal CUG. The existing tariff will be applicable.
The annual advance rental option for the data add-on plan 75 is Rs.844/-.
The annual advance rental option for the plan 325 is Rs.3658/-.
The free usage value in Rs. Mentioned at Sl. No. 4.1 is applicable to all types of calls namely:1. All type of voice calls [Local/STD/Roaming (O/G/I/C), BSNL/NONBSNL Network etc].
2. All type of SMS [Local/STD/Roaming (O/G), BSNL/NONBSNL Network].
3. All type of video calls [Local/STD/Roaming (O/G/I/C), BSNL/NONBSNL Network etc] and Data.
Note: The above shall not be applicable for ISD calls, ISD SMS and International roaming

All Postpaid Data customer will have by default customer profile of 3G with no speed restriction.
** 200 free SMS within LSA will be allowed to all new activations to be utilized within first two months @ 100 SMS per month.
*** Security deposit:
(a) It is non-interest bearing & refundable upon surrender subject to clearance of all dues.
(b) No security deposit is required for Local/STD facility from the following categories.
BSNL employees
Existing BSNL subscribers upon request with conditions as per Sub Note-1
Employees of C entral/State Government and C entral PSUs
Bank employees who give EC S mandate from their own bank C entral/ State Government & C entral PSU's iv) C orporate C ustomers taking minimum 5

Sub Note-1
Fill up a mandate form to allow existing deposit of PSTN phone towards outstanding of the cellular phone.
Telephone to be applied in the same name as PSTN.
C ategory of mobile connection will remain same as of PSTN (Local/STD).
Reduced call charges facility can be availed on two selected BSNL numbers
Option I : Two Intra circle numbers.
Option II : One Inter circle & One Intra circle number.
Night calling facility in Own Network @ 50% of the normal call charges applicable in the respective plan:
Available during 2300 Hrs to 0700 Hrs.
Not applicable to reduced call charge facility between two selected BSNL numbers.

Note:- The disconnection of the main number will automatically disconnect the Add-on number. An under taking from the subscriber of main connection may be
obtained for payment of all dues of the Add-on number
(i) Activation charges of Rs.100 may be waived-off for corporate customers taking minimum 5 connections at a time with a minimum commitment of 6
months.
(ii) Annual Payment Option for all postpaid plans will be available with two months FMC discount when payment is made at a time in advance.
iii) Any special discount scheme on FMC or FMC + usage will not be clubbed with Annual Payment option under postpaid voice and data plans of
GSM,C DMA,WIMAX services
(iv) Service tax as applicable will be extra.

Revision of SMS tariff by TRAI in its Telecom Tariff (Fifty Fourth Amendment) Order, 2012
a) Upto one hundred SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan/STV subscribed by the customer;
b)beyond 100 SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more.
c)For the customers who have subscribed to any volume based SMS STVs (prepaid)/ SMS pack (postpaid), upto 100 SMS per SIM per day will be free and
beyond that the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more.
