OBJECTIVES
1. To be familiar with the PSPICE software and some of its capabilities.
2. To simulate basic electronics circuits using PSPICE.
ABSTRACT
The main purpose of the experiment is to be familiarize with the software
PSPICE. The interface, usage and functions of the software features must be familiarize
also. This program is an analog and digital logic simulation program for Microsoft
Windows. Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis is a generalpurpose, open source analog electronic circuit simulator. It is a powerful program that is
used in integrated circuit and board-level design to check the integrity of circuit
designs and to predict circuit behavior.
CONCLUSION
This program is a general purpose software that simulates different circuits and
can perform various analysis of electrical and electronic circuits including time domain
response, small signal frequency response, total power dissipation, determination of
nodal voltages and branch current in a circuit, transient analysis, determination of
operating point of transistors, determinations of transfer functions etc.

OBJECTIVES

1. To learn the common MATLAB commands. To simulate basic electronics

circuits using PSPICE.
2. To learn how to use the main core of MATLAB.
ABSTRACT
The main objective of the experiment is to be more familiarize in PSPICE
program and to be familiarize or refresh the use of the program MATLAB. MATLAB is a
software developed by MathWorks which is used in order to create programs that will
automatically obtain data or graphs of functions and etc. This software is helpful for
engineering students as it will automatically compute or show the needed data. The
experiment was performed through the said software using the module given. Students
should not only familiarize different functions and commands of both PSPICE and
MATLAB but to know also the functions. One main objective of this experiment is to
refresh students in making codes for different use.
CONCLUSION
MATLAB is widely used in academic and research institutions as well as
industrial enterprises. MATLAB allows matrix manipulations, plotting of functions and
data, implementation of algorithms, creation of user interfaces, and interfacing with
programs written in other languages. MATLAB together with PSPICE are elements of
learning through this subject.
