I. ENVIRONMENT/SANITATION
A. Waste segregation at source and garbage collection procedures should be
strictly followed. Ex. Garbage, tree cuttings etc. Must be brought out only
when the ECO-AIDE comes to collect them.
B. Kindly keep respective fronts of houses clean and orderly.
C. Burning of leaves and trash is strictly prohibited, under the Clean Air Act, in
order to prevent air pollution.
II. SECURITY
A. Wearing of I.D. tags for non-resident, workers or delivery people shall be
strictly observed.
B. Relatives and friends of househelpers may be allowed inside the village only
after proper clearance by the homeowners. However, they can only use the
MOLAVE gate.
C. Household helpers must leave their Village I.D. with the security guard when
they leave the village and present a GATE PASS duly signed by the
homeowners. Upon return, they can get back their I.Ds.
D. Household helpers leaving the village with packages must present a pass
duly signed by the homeowners indicating description contents of their
package.
E. Curfew after 10PM for drivers and helpers will be strictly observed.
F. Car leaving after 10PM without the homeowners will be inspected and the
baggage compartment opened at the gate.
G. Unlicensed Firearms and deadly weapons are not allowed inside the village.
H. Househelps terminated by their employers are required to surrender their
village I.D. to their employer/security guard at the gate.
I. New drivers and household helpers should get their I.Ds immediately from
the Administrations Office, likewise those with expired I.Ds.
J. Residents who make use of Multi-purpose Hall, sports and park facilities
should clean up before leaving the premises.
K. Residents and/or household helpers are prohibited from letting their dogs
scatter their waste in the streets, along sidewalks and anywhere in the park
and sport facilities.
L. Residents/household helpers are prohibited from raising roosters in the
village. Likewise, household pets must not be allowed to roam/stray around
the streets unattended.
III. TRAFFIC/ROAD SAFETY
A. Speed limit inside the village is 25 Kph.
B. Through our security agency and guards, the speed limit (as per other
villages) will be strictly enforced through all streets in the village. Guards will
be provided with speed guns to monitor vehicles speeding and violators of
speed limit will be given the following fines and penalties for their offense.
1. Per offense: Fine of Php1,000 paid on the same day to the Admin office.
2. 3rd offense by the same driver: Drivers caught on its third offense will
be banned from the village.
C. Refrain from honking of horns especially in the evening after 10PM.

D. For the security of our residents, only cars with valid Resident and Guest
Stickers are allowed to park in the village overnight. Old cars that are no
longer working will not be allowed to park in common areas in the village.
Cars that are parked overnight that do not have these stickers will be towed
and the corresponding towing fee will be charged to the homeowner resident
with a fine of Php1,000.
E. As part of our good neighbor policy, residents are allowed to park their cars
within the perimeter frontage of their own property. Should you wish to park
at your neighbors area, you should seek their personal approval accordingly.
Non-compliance of such will result in a Php1,000 fine per car per day and will
be paid to the Admin Office. To ensure the sanctity of peace and quiet in the
village, motorcycles without mufflers will not be allowed in the village.
F. There will be pre-marked No Parking areas in the village to ensure the smooth
flow of traffic and safety of pedestrians and children. These No Parking Areas
are identified by red-painted sidewalks and No Parking street signs in the
village and some common areas.
G. Double parking and parking in corners are strictly prohibited.
H. Narra gate is strictly for residents use only. Henceforth only vehicles with
resident stickers are allowed to use Narra gate.
I. Vehicles with visitor stickers must use Molave gate only. Only school buses
with visitor stickers and proper marking will be allowed to use Narra gate.
J. All applications for visitor stickers shall now require the approval of the
security chairman/committee prior to issuance or release of stickers. All
visitor stickers issued prior to this memo shall automatically be subject for
review by the security committee.
K. The issuance of visitor stickers is a privilege granted to visitors of
homeowners however the association reserves its right to revoke/confiscate
said stickers if violation to village rules and regulations or actions detrimental
to residents safety and security have been committed.
L. For commercial vehicles owned by residents, we will now issue resident
stickers but still with the same fee of P1,000/sticker. Also please be reminded
of our policy of no overnight parking for commercial vehicles (For those
commercial vehicles owned by residents who have already initially secured
the red stickers, please have your vehicles brought back to the Admin office
so we can exchange to green stickers).
