THIS INDENTURE OF AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK is made and

entered into at Village Vapi on this _____ day of ____________ between MR.
KAMLESH INDRAVADAN DESAI AGE: 39 Year OCCUP:DOCTOR RESI, @ 203
SUBHAM TOWER 1, DAMAN ROAD, VAPI-396191 (PAN NO. ABHPD0096R)
Hereinafter called as THE FIRST PART < which expression shall unless be
repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall be deemed to mean and
include the directors from time to time, their executors, administrators and
assignees.>

AND

Mr. Jayesh Navinbhai Patel < which expression shall unless be

repugnant to the context or meaning thereof shall be deemed to mean and
include their legal heirs, executors, administrators and assignees.>
WHERE AS the first part is lawful, owner, occupier and possessor of FLAT NO.
702 Building No. A known as Life Style Royal situated in the NonAgricultural Land OF THE Survey No. 387/A/2/1
of Village Chala, Vapi
admeasuring areas 1720 Sq. Fts.
The Second part is well known civil contractor by the profession and having
large and wide experience in building construction. We are handover to carry
out construction work in our plot. The purchaser shall keep the said premises
and its external and partition walls, Sewages, drains pipe and
appurtenances of the said building in the tenantable Repairs do as to support
shelter and protect the parties and members of the said Building of the said
premises.
AND WHERE AS the first part is desirous of carrying out construction of FLAT
NO. 702 Building No. A known as Life Style Royal situated in the NonAgricultural Land OF THE Survey No. 387/A/2/1 of Village Chala. And the
second part has agreed to carryout extra construction Works on above said
plot as per the schedules A for the total consideration Rs. ____________

completion of extra work for that certain terms and condition have been
fixed between the parties which are appearing as under:-

TERMS AND CONDITION

1) It is agreed between the parties that second part shall construct extra
work of FLAT NO. 702. As per the specification mentioned in schedule
A.
2) The second part shall carry out necessary extra work of construction of
Flat as per the schedule A given by the first part. The second part

shall complete construction of the first within one months time from
the date of this agreement i.e. On or before _______.
3) The second part shall provide necessary amenities in the said flat as
mentioned in Schedule A and shall use the best quality materials /
goods for extra construction work of said flat. The second part shall
give the amenities as mentioned in schedule A without any extra
consideration from first part.
