A BRIEF HISTORY
A Motiofixio Visuals was formed on 2013 by Mr. Fariz Hanapiah, the executive creative
director, with his two partners, Mr Syamsul and Mr Idris. Three of them are graduated from
Multimedia University (MMU) who love to do music video and wanted to do it
commercially.
The name Motiofixo started from word Motion, and Fixo at the end means that they will fix
anything for their you. They fix motion graphics for you. They started off by pure passion,
they don`t really have any mission or vision at the beginning. They think music video in
Malaysia needed some help, so they started creating music videos for local bands and
musicians. They always bear in mind that for the future of Creative Industries is that you
cannot work alone. The industries is about engineer coming in, programmers coming in and
work together as a team. Their multi-talented team are dedicated in producing distinctive and
contrasting executions that has made it possible for us to constantly create something new
and differen. They are a dynamic team of young, passionate and energetic designers

specialising in a wide range of creative executions such as advertising, branding, motion/info


graphics, websites, social media, projection mapping & video productions. Their clientele
extends to all industries ranging from corporations, start ups, to small medium enterprises.
For example, Habib, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia
(UKM), Astro, Pos Laju Malaysia and ect. Here in Motiofixo, they value their clientele
brand. They believe that clients should be clients, but how you negotiate with them is up to
you. From concept to campaign and from music to artistic installation, Motiofixo is indeed
the next generation in creative executions.
One of the earlier achievement for Motiofixo is having their own studio. They started out
form just a bedroom. Motiofixo continue to expand their business and got others
achievement. They did for Figuresy Conan and won the Blast Off competition in Astro, and
found out their break during once they did for Ali Fike, the rap band. The example of their
works are music video for Go Gerila group, website for Islamic Tourism Centre, branding for
Habib and project mapping for Malaysia design year launch.
On December 2013, Motiofixo company incorporated with Mr. Gabriel Lim the new
executive director. This corporation changed the company team and management, but Mr.
Fariz Hanapiah is still the executive creative designer for this company. Motiofixo become
more systematic with their mission, Our commitment is to present work that is in par with
those in Europe, The U.S.A and Japan. Hence, we frequently hold labs, innovate and always
experiment with different creative executions. Therefore this will directly bring the results you
want for your brand and at the same time indirectly raise the creative industrys bar!.
Experience anything, we marry technology and art is their new slogan. They are an agency
dedicated to ensuring the clientss brand, through campaigns or events leave audiences in a
state of awe. They d like to call themselves visual scientists as the work they do primarily
consists of kick-ass imagery combined with powerful story-telling. They are committed to
solving your problems in relation to branding through a perfect mixture targeting your
audience using the right design. They believe in first impressions, in fact, our job is to make
yours look good. They also believe nothing beats communicating through visuals. Armed
with punchy lines, music and moving elements, they are able to capture the five senses of
clients target audience in a short span of time through the solutions they produce.
With the new collaboration, they have a new philosophy, a new thought. Motiofixo Visuals,
or MVISUALS for short are made up of a bunch of crazy fun loving magicians. They use the
term magicians to reflect the work they produce. Their magic is real, and it is done with the
best of their Clients interest to fire up their brands, campaigns or events to the highest level.
They are committed to be ahead of their competitors through the passion they have for this
industry and the society.
There are a whole lot of creative executions that they can do including introduce your
brand/product/service, elevate your current brand presence, launch your
brand/product/services and create a hype surrounding your brand/product/service. All the
clients need to do is talk to them and theyll identify the best tools to conjure a world-class
presentation. This is of course done with careful consideration, your objectives, your goals

and what you would like the audience to take back with them. As for product, they still
remain their old product that are projection mapping, interactive installation, creative design,
and experimental digital art.
As the years passes, their business become more progressive and be known by people. They
work for several big company such as Nike, Petronas and Nissan. Mobile application for
Petronas, Volkswagen and Nissan, natural interaction for Nike and projection mapping for
Lux are the example of their activities.
