DESIGN YOUR DESTINY

How to become the person you really want to be

How big are your dreams? How close do you come to turning them into reality?
How much better would you - and your business - be if you could break through the
barriers that hold you back?
As a Registered Psychologist who has worked as a business and strategic consultant for
the past 17 years - and who has been coaching senior executives for the past three years Neville is uniquely placed to show business audiences how they can shine at work
through tapping into their great reservoir of strengths while overcoming personal barriers.
Using techniques from both business and sports psychology Neville shows how we can
all escape from the "mediocrity trap" by identifying our dreams (and fears) and turning
our energy into a set of goals. Neville shows how everyone has the power to make a real
difference to business performance.
Neville then provides a framework for finding business 'opportunity zones' and shows
what needs to be in place to be able to take advantage of these zones. He leaves the
audience with a blueprint for using new found confidence to identify and achieve the kind
of outputs that are available in every organisation, but are seldom achieved.
An ideal speech for people who:

have been working hard and need to be re-motivated

are about to face a challenge or a change

What is Stress?

A little stress is good. It makes you think and try harder. It stimulates and provides excitement.
The stress of competitive sports, for example, is enjoyable for most people.
But too much stress or stress that goes on for a long time can become harmful.

RECOMMENDED FORMAT "Ladies and gentlemen, we're in for a real treat tonight.
Our guest speaker is a man who has been the driving force behind this project for
many years. He is the person who knows the whole history of how we got to where
we are today: the stories, the challenges and the little known secrets. Not only that
but he's a very entertaining speaker. Please join me in giving a very warm welcome
to Stan Smith".
INCORRECT FORMAT "Ladies and gentlemen, I'd like to introduce our guest
speaker Stan Smith. Stan is going to talk about the project, and in particular the
factor which he thinks has been the most important to our success: hard work. I
agree with Stan. What I think is most important about hard work is that no-one gets
anywhere without hard graft. I mean, look at all the training those Olympic gold
medallists have to go through. Without further ado then, over to you Stan.".
