SAFETY

INSTRUCTIONS

Important :
Please read the user manual carefully before installing or using this product.
If you are installing this product for someone else, remember to leave the manual or a copy of it for the end user.

The various components must be assembled and dismantled by an authorised technician.

For safe operation of the system, installers, users and technicians must follow all the safety procedures described in
this manual.
Specific warnings and warning symbols are displayed on the components if necessary. We do not advise you to install
this system in locations which are too damp, too hot or too dusty.
Avoid locations exposed to strong vibrations.
The monitor must not be installed near a transformer or electric motor to avoid any risk of interference.
Dark lines scrolling across the screen indicate interference.

HOW TO Install

A. CONNECTING YOUR CAMERA

Warning :A filter improves automatically: it is normal to hear rattlings

during its action.
Connect your camera to the 230V~.
Plug the Ethernet cable into the RJ-45 connector at the camera.
Plug the other end into an available RJ-45 port on your ADSL ROUTER.

B. InstallING YOUR SOFTWARE

Insert the software CD to start the installation, check the disc content and click theSec24 Security System-EN4.0.3.8.exe.
Click NEXT,

Click NEXT,

Click NEXT,

Click Install

Click Finish to complete IP Cam System installation.

C. How to Add a device into SEC24 SECURITY SYSTEM

1. Select an empty channel

or - Type in your Device ID and Device Password (Printed on the product body).
- Type in your USER ID and USER PASSWORD (by default admin and admin)
Note: see page 13 C. authentification to modify USER ID and USER PASSWORD.

Alarm Setting:

- Select Enable Alarm Select ENABLE ALARM for the

alarm mode, to set in full time Full time alerted or
Schedule alert.
- Select Motion Detection. Click Setting to adjust
motion detection sensitivity.

- Select Alarm sound for the sound alarm / Snap

Shoot to take picture / Recording to record a movie
/ Sending email to send a email of alert.
Click Setting to save your informations of your email
address.

1. search MySec24 Lite, download and install the application.
2. Run the application, Select a channel
3. Select the channel, enter ID and password and save.
4. Go to Select Camera or Start and choose the camera to start viewing.
