SUMMARY
After completing my Bachelor of Architect in 2008, I had an opportunity to work with the most reputable architectural
firm ASA Pvt. Ltd in Karachi, Pakistan & AIC Arredo Industries in Dubai, UAE, as an Architect.
During my professional journey I have worked on several projects of different scales including Architectural, Residential
and Interior Design, through this journey I had earned the in-depth understanding of Architectural concepts and detailing. I
had enhanced my Leadership, Team Management, Designing & Technical skills and beside that I had also explore new
creative ideas and implement on my projects.

Designing & developing from the conceptual initial sketches & making the formal and shop drawings of commercial projects.
3D visualization of the projects for understandings & presentation purpose.
Development of submittal drawing to get approval from Dubai Municipality and concerned departments.
Coordinating with production & project managers to implement as per the drawing & specifications.

I was involved in the analysis and designing process of various housing schemes initiating from site analysis & going through cost
estimation, zoning, & circulation towards the individual units (One unit bungalows, Duplexes, Two & Three bedrooms apartment
towers).

During the designing & estimating process I was consistently involved in discussing the issue with the consultants and keeping the
team in loop to avoid ambiguity.

Each project was included the initial conceptual sketches, formal and shop drawings, 3D visualizations, review BOQ cost estimation
produced by quantity surveyor.
Used to visit the sites and sorting out & addressing the issues & try to implement the design as per drawings & specifications.
To design and develop ASA official website in coordination with the web developer.

During the span of my internships I have enhanced & refined my designing skills. Worked on different projects and understand the basic
gist of architectural structures and their significance during that I have won the design competition for an Interior of a residence , also
prepared the presentation for design competition of head office building of UBL Bank along with site surveys for several projects.

With AGA Khan foundation, worked in northern area of Pakistan, developed plan of Khaplu (Ciachen base camp) fort (historical fort)
through plan tabling and visited different settlements in northern areas of Pakistan. Had a close interaction with rural people to
understand their way of living and problems they face also understood the role of architecture to make a better environment for a
individual and community.
