A. Please follow the steps below to register on your first-time login.

to register as a user.

4. Under Member (Employee), pick option (3) and enter your

10-digit Member ID*
*10-digit Member ID is a unique number pre-assigned by AIA to each
insured member, which is also same as the number shown on your AIA
HealthCard (if applicable)

5. Fill in and submit the required information, assign your own

User ID and Password*, and set up your own secret question
and answer.
* User ID = 6 to 20 characters, alpha or number
Password = 8 to 10 characters, must contain alpha & number

B. Please login directly if you have already registered successfully.

If you have already registered before, simply click Login and
enter your own User ID and Password to login directly.

Forgot Password: click Forgot Password, first input your

user ID, and then answer your own secret question (set up
during user registration). Assign and confirm a new
password to login.

Forgot User ID: click Forgot User ID to repeat user

registration (refer to Part A4).
