3. Gigaset UK reserves the right to change these terms at any time and to
communicate the changes to entrants by updating these terms on this website
4. The giveaway is open to mainland UK residents excluding employees of Gigaset
UK or any other organisation linked to the giveaway in any way
5. Entrants must be aged 16 or over
6. Gigaset UK is asking users to enter a giveaway on Facebook for the chance to win
a Gigaset G-tag
7. In order to enter, entrants must like and comment on the post with their answer
to the competition question
8. Five entrants from Facebook will be chosen as the winners to receive win one of
five Gigaset G-tags
9. The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address
10. The prize is non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered
11. The giveaway will run from 12pm Wednesday 27th May 2015 until 12pm on
Monday 1st June 2015
12. Any entries submitted after the specified closing time and date will not be eligible
13. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be eligible
14. All entries are subject to approval by Gigaset UK. Gigaset UK reserves the right to
reject any entries and remove posts without reason or prior notice
15. Gigaset UK will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive,
misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and
such posts will not be entered into the giveaway. Gigaset UKs decision is final and
no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome
16. The winning entries will be selected at random by an independent party
appointed by Gigaset UK. The result of this is final and no discussion will be
entered into concerning the outcome
17. The winners will be contacted via social media on 1st June
18. The winners will have 5 working days to respond and accept the prize. If there is
no response by this time, Gigaset UK reserves the right to select an alternative
winner
19. We will attempt to deliver the winners their prize within 30 days of responding and
accepting it
20. Entrants consent to participate in any publicity generated as a result of the
giveaway on entry
21. By entering this giveaway, entrants acknowledge that:

24. Gigaset UK will not accept responsibility for any late, lost, damaged, incomplete or
fraudulent entries, entries lost through technical fault or for technical problems
with the site. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of England and Wales
