SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
• Supervised 8-member team of project and discipline team and hired staff and
consultants.
• Responsible for supervising subcontractors, suppliers and vendors working at site.
• Completed TIC $9 MM projects at LNG commissioned plant.
o Installation of Advance Process Control on to optimize fuel usage and
minimize flaring acid gas removal and liquefaction units.
o SIL (Safety Integration Level) II upgrade of dehydration unit heaters
o Installation of solid waste incinerator and ash conveyor assembly
o Construction of chemical warehouses and HVAC
o Design and installation of nitrogen / air compressor units
• Pre-FEED projects worth $200,000 included installation of second boil-off gas
compressor, pre-chilling (refrigeration duty of 33 MW) of GE 5D frame GTs and
sequestration of CO2.
• Responsible for financial, scheduling, and technical requirements in compliance with
company, industry, and regulatory standards.
• Developed cost estimates and monitored cost and schedule for EPC of major
(Capex) projects and expense projects on pre-sanction studies etc.
• Generate economic indicators (NPV’s, IRR, and payback periods) for new projects.
• Trained staff on project management and Management of Change and implemented
procedures and policies and meet Process Safety Management audit targets.

• Supervised 12-member topsides engineering team including consultants and
interfaced with subsurface team to develop EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) options
for optimizing offshore production utilizing CO2 flooding and revamping of existing
compression facilities TIC $100 MM).
• ESP (Electrical Submersible Pumps) deployment and artificial lift optimization study
to minimize re-injection and compression requirements (TIC $40 MM)

• Developed economic profiles for brownfield / retrofitting compressors and change-
out of production separators
• Successfully completed concept / feasibility study of 3 offshore production platforms
including modifications to surface equipment (TIC $50 MM).

EPC Experience:
Worked for engineering contractors as listed below in Canada as a mechanical engineer
related to oil sands projects. This work included development of datasheets and
specifications for mechanical equipment (rotating and static), preparation of material
requisitions, bid evaluations, vendor selection, detail design and approval of construction
drawings and supervision of equipment installation at site and resolution of technical issues.
