Coordinate the consultant’s scope of work and incorporate their drawings into the complete construction
documents. Supported Client during the bidding process and during the leveling of the bids. During
construction, and with coordination with Project Administrative Managers, conduct weekly meetings,
inspect construction development, and approve changes due to existing conditions uncovered during
construction. When needed, approve payment applications and change orders. Create and inspect the
completion of the punch list. Approve final sign-off.
