MISSION
The Luzonian Force Dance Company is a cultural organization which aims to bring
together all dancers from different places, to enhance their talents and potentials
through workshops, trainings, and community service programs.

VISION
Its vision is to gather all dance groups anywhere it can possibly reach to work
together for the development and improvement of the organization.

OBJECTIVES
1. To enhance the potentials and skills of its members in dancing; as well as
to develop self- confidence through performances.
2. To provide business opportunities among its members.
3. To practice professionalism in serving the community through community
service programs.

CORE VALUES
The Luzonian Force Dance Company:
1. Is a cultural organization founded out of passion for what we do best:
dancing; by which we give back to society.
2. Also, is an organization established out of camaraderie, shared talents and
optimism.
3. Aids in maximizing potentials of its members through membership, events,
community service programs which in all, has one common goal: to achieve
every called tasks with burning compassion.
4. Is not a contending group, thus, we treat every accomplishments as
milestones in life and Gods work in progress.
5. Is particular in values and wisdom learned collectively and individually
while a presently member of the company.
6. Lastly, we see dancing not as a career but as an urge to fight and continue
dreaming. We always have desire to fairly win and reasonably accept victor
or loss as long as we dance together and we dance as one.

GUIDELINES FOR RECRUITMENT

1. Must have knowledge in dancing both hip-hop and jazz.

2. Must pass the audition conducted by the
choreographer / officers.
3. Must properly fill up the membership form.
4. Must have good moral and ethical character.
5. Must know how to take responsibilities and have time
management skill. (specially for student)
6. Must comply in the Constitution and By-Laws of The
Luzonian Force Dance Company.

ARTICLE II
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Section 1- Attendance
All main members and partner groups are required to attend the weekly
workshop training conducted by the choreographer/officers. Otherwise, members
must notify the P.R.O. a day before the rehearsal in case he/she will be
late/absent.

In all activities to be hosted by the organization
itself, members involved must do
their assigned tasks and responsibilities. Members, who fail to do their job, will be
subjected to disciplinary measures depending on the damage done. (See
section#7)

Section 3- Validity of Absences and Meetings

The validity of leave of absences, activity and business meetings will be
determined by officers, group leaders, organizers and choreographers.

Section 4- Ethics
Applicants, members, officers, group leaders and choreographers must know how
to show respect.

Section 5- Properties, Equipment, Facilities

Any property like costumes, sound system equipment, workshop facilities and
properties of The Luzonian Force Dance Company must be used by its official
members only. Non-members should seek permission first from the officer incharge/ choreographer before they can borrow/ use the said things and facilities.

Section6- Public Figure

The Luzonian force Members must know how to monitor their cleanliness and
personal hygiene. And expected to be well groomed, neat and well presented at
all times.

Section 7- Sanction
Each member is responsible in keeping and protecting the good reputation of the
group. Refusal to accept work, assignments, duties, and responsibilities, of
specific instructions given by the officers, choreographer and adviser is subjected
to disciplinary measures/ worst expulsion unless it is contrary to law, public
policy, morals, religion or ethics.

NOTE:
DECISIONS MADE ARE FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE.

Section 8- Accounts
Members are not required to pay daily, weekly, monthly or yearly dues. Funds for
all the forthcoming activities of the organization will depend on team work.
Funds will be collected through the following:
a) Solicitations
b) Prize money from competitions

Article 3
INCOME OPPURTUNITY
Section 1- Booking Reference
Luzonian Force main dancers and other dance group partners can be
contacted through phone numbers flashed on the organizations website
through internet and social networking sites. Amount per booking will depend
on the time, date, and place of the events.

Section 2- Workshop Training

All main members and available dance group partners are required to attend
the weekly training sessions that will be conducted by the available group
leaders/ officers in the workshop facility of the organization to improve their
dancing skills. Training will be free of charge to all official members of the
organization. However, charges will apply for all other dancers who want to
learn, improve and master their dancing skills.

Section 3- Dance Camp

Luzonian Force will conduct its dance camp annually. All schools can join in the
said camp and a registration fee is required. Selected Luzonian Force main
dancers and other group members will be in-charge to facilitate and organize
all the things needed in the dance camp. Profir that the organization will
collect from the said event will be divided to all members who participated in
the activity.

Article 4
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM
Luzonian Force main dancers and other group partners will conduct a show for
a cause every end of the year. Fund for the approved activity will depend on
team work and solicitations. Profit for the said event will be donated to all
institution of the organizations choice. The approved activity will serve as the
organizations community service program to help people and for the
organization to become truly part of the society.
