Lengthwise additions are no longer available. Closed sides / ends available; see price chart.
Lean-to's cannot be connected to existing structures, except on continuous vertical roofs.
Call for pricing on structures over 12 ft tall.
Structures over 12 tall are considered custom See page 19.
A $100 connection fee will be added to the price of the lean-to.
T-N-T is NOT responsible for any leaks.
Certified Custom Built Structures
All certified custom built structures are required to have special drawings.

Non-Certified three sided structures installed on the ground
requires the purchase of a minimum of 4 mobile home anchors,

Frame-outs
Frame-outs for Walk-In Doors and Windows are $75 each. Frame-outs for Roll-Up Doors
are $125 each for 3 ft to 12 ft wide openings and $350 each for 13 ft to 20 ft openings.
These prices include the framing only and not the trim.

Q. Certified Structure: How wide before
you have to put a certified unit on
cement or footers?
A. 24' to 30' will have 48" Mobile Home
Anchors; 31' and up will have to be on
cement or footers.
Q. Can we match a competitor's price?
A. You are able to give up to 10%
discount to match a competitor's
price on an identical structure with a
*written quote $1500 & over only, no
exception*.
Q. Is there freight charge on clear span
structure?
A. There is no freight charge for NC, SC,
VA. There will be a charge for all other
T-N-T States Call for pricing.
Q. What constitutes a custom
building?
A. There are many types of custom
buildings, although all buildings over
12 ft tall are considered custom, which
requires an A-frame, vertical roof and
must be certified. For clarification on
all other types of custom buildings, call

customer service at extension 3085.

Q. Does the Customer have to provide
a lift?
A. Yes, the customer will have to provide a
lift for any building over 12' tall or over 30'
wide. The customer will be responsible
for any additional charges this may
generate. Please check with Customer
Service for the recommended lift.
Q. Are the Roof and the Frame the
same length?
A. No, the roof on a Regular Style Roof
is one foot longer, and the roof on an
A-Frame Horizontal Roof is one foot
longer. The roof on an A-Frame Vertical
Roof could be the same as the frame or
one foot longer, but this is available only
in some states, and MUST be specified
on the Order Form.
Q. Can T-N-T Carports insulate my
building?
A. Yes, we provide insulation at $1.50/sq.
ft. However, this insulation is available
ONLY on vertical roofs, vertical sides
and vertical ends.
