Rocky Mountain Battlin Bears Head Mens Basketball

Coach, Bill Dreikosen, was in Glasgow yesterday
and today for his 18th annual Hi-line Hoop Camp.
Camps were also held in Culbertson, Plentywood
and Saco. Basic features of the camp are Positive
Daily Themes, Commitment to Improvement,
Exciting Competitions, Attention to Detail and Fun
and Games. Coach D really has a way of connecting
with these kids and getting the most out of them, as
can be seen in the smile of Ryleigh Delich (at left).
Its fun, says Ryleigh, its great. Im learning a lot.
If any youths (grades 1-12) missed out on Coach Ds
Hi-Line Hoop Camp this year, be sure to get in on
this high-octane camp next year.

Guv Cup looking to

surpass 150 teams

The Glasgow Chamber Executive Director Lisa

Olk says to potential Montana Governors Cup Walleye
Tournament anglers: Dont get in a panic because the
poster says 150 team limit!

Lisa went on to explain that the Montana Governors
Cup has always had the permit from Montana Fish,
Wildlife & Parks for a 200-team limit, and its looking as
though we could be hitting close to that mark when the
tournament rolls around July 9th, 10th & 11th.

As of yesterdays update, there were 144 paid teams
and the payback on the $300 entry fee is 100%. So it means
not only more competition, but also a lot more money to
the tournament anglers. If the 200-team limit is hit, the
payout will be over $95,000!

To get signed up, go to www.montangovcup.com for
an application or stop by the Chamber office. For more
info, call the Chamber at 228-2222.
