Layout of the drip system
The drip system is designed for growing in the
Soil.
There will be 6 beds in each span of 9.6m.
For achieving max uniformity, each bed will be

equipped with 2 lines of 16mm 1.4 l/h @ 0.3 m,
suitable for flower crops.

Dripper line – Non Pressure-compensated thick-walled dripper line
Sub-distribution lines
The irrigation hoses of each growing bed will be fed from PVC sub-distribution lines. The
PVC pipe will run along the concrete pathway.
The sub-distribution lines will be connected to the underground main distribution line by
means of Infield valve sets.
Valve sets
The greenhouse will be supplied with Two (2) valve set.
Each valve set will include:
One PP Ball valve.
Main distribution lines
The main distribution pipe lines (PVC pipe) will be buried underground parallel to the
concrete pathway. The main distribution lines will start from the dosing units in the
irrigation room. The sub-distribution lines will be connected to this main distribution line by
means of infield valve sets.
End line
In order to keep the irrigation hoses and drippers clean throughout the growing
season, an end line for each dripper line is provided.

Cool Net System:
Application
Cooling systems inside the greenhouse:
 Emitter includes 4 nozzles mounted on a cross manifold.
 Emitter flow rate is 30 l/h, (7.5 x 4 = 30 l/h per emitter) at a pressure rate of 4
bars.
 Recommended work pressure: 4 bars. The Cool net will continue dispersing particularly
small drops (~100 micron) at a pressure of 3 bars as well.
 The cross-inlet connector comes with a female inlet (press fit connector).
