1 Filing of Notice shall be in writing, addressed to the Oil Industry Management Bureau and
shall contain the following information, as may be applicable: a) Business name; (b) Address;

1 Not later than one (1) working day prior to loading details of importation
as enumerated in Section 6, Rule II
2 Not later than twenty (20) working day after unloading of every importation:
- Bill of lading;
- Commercial Invoice;
- Final Import entry declaration; and
- Certifcate of product quality issued by the supplier for the actual shipment including
the Delivery Receipt or Receiving Report
