NARRATIVE:

On 06/02/14 this detective obtained a sworn taped statement from

- a t her home in Wellington. -stated that on Friday (05/30/14) she had

found out that she was pregnant and
she was a volunteer at the Wellington Boys and Girls Club and Mr.
identified as Corey Collier, was a staff member there. While at the Boys and Girls Club
she met Mr. Corey, who was the "Coach" of the gym, whom she believed was "30
something". -stated she began talking with Mr. Corey on the phone and one
night Mr. Corey came to her home and parked in the driveway. -came out of her
home and got inside of his car. While in the c a r - stated that she had sex with
Mr. Corey in his car without a condom on. -described sex as Mr. Corey placing
his penis into her vagina. - d i d not believe he "corned" inside her stated he
"corned" onto his shirt ..This occurred at the end of April (last month).
- t a t e d Mr". Corey then began texting her asking for her to send him naked
pictures of herself, which she stated she did not do. The following weekend Mr. Corey
came to her house and she got into his car and drove down the street where they had
sex again in the car. This time Mr. Corey wore a condom. Again Mr. Corey kept
asking for pictures of her.
The following-week Mr. Corey came to - h o m e and went into her bedroom
where they had sex (penis to vagina). Mr. Corey did wear a condom. After they had
sex, he drove her to

told Mr.''corey she thought she was pregnant and asked him to bring her a pregnancy
test, which'he'brought to her home. -subsequentry-took the test and found out
she was pregnant.
On 06/04/14 this detective contacted Corey Collier and requested that same come
to PBSO to be interviewed, which he agreed to do. This detective interviewed Corey
Collier at PBSO. Prior to any questions being asked, this detective advised Corey
Collier of his Miranda Warnings, which he stated he understood and signed for. Post
Miranda Mr. Collier confessed to having sexual intercourse with
on
three occasions.
Based on -statement along with Corey Collier's confession this detective
believed probable cause existed for three coun.ts of
Sexual Activity with
Certain Minors against Corey Collier pursuant to FSS 79f-05. At this time Corey
Collier was arrested and handcuffed behind his back. Corey Collier was subsequently
transported to PBCJ for processing.
