nts.CMS synchronizes the working of all the departments. It looks on all aspects
of acollege, its students, faculties, Departments, marks and other co

yees and their students.

2. SYSTEM STUDY

In the existing system, the manual process, receiving data s from students and sta

details are done through manual records. These records are entered in manual pro
cess.in this process will take long time,separet workers need to maintaining the
databases.All the college details are stored via separate databases. It will ta
ke long time due tothis process time waste, money waste etc...In this process ve
ry difficult to maintain the fees and accounting reports of college in proper wa
y. Teacher does not maintain the file, documentation, reports (class Wise,sectio
n wise) etc
2.3 NEED FOR PROPOSED SYSTEM
The main objective of the existing system is to provide a user-friendlyinterface
. The system, which is proposed, now computerizes all the details that aremainta
ined manually. Once the details are fed into the computer there is no need for v
arious persons to deal with separate sections. Only a single person is enough to
