As Chief technology officer developed and implemented a training program to train veterans in cell site construction with numerous vendors which
the clients needed installed. Worked directly with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to achieve approval of all of the class room studies. The
training program is approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Produced 32 different class room training sessions where the student
would get certified that he or she was experienced in the many tasks needed to complete the build of cell sites. Have hired 88 veterans and placed
them in long term employment. Developed processes so the veterans could use the GI Bill to ensure they could receive the stipend offered by the
Veterans Association.
Provided guidance on warehouse procedures to rack and stack hardware where we achieved 8 hr less in the overall project for augmenting cell site
hardware. Providing a saving of 16 man hours in the field install saving ~ $1000.00 per site build

Senior RF Manager and Project & Program Manager: Oversee team of engineers and project managers tasked with integrating Sprint-Nextel
systems overall network changes in South region of US including all site acquisitions tasks to bring site location to and include NTP. Direct South region
RF carrier adds, including CDMA and iDEN networks and DC power changes and HVAC upgrades. Lead production of bill of materials (BOMs).
Coordinate costing of all parts needed for projects, along with garnering budget approval and conveying PO to vendors. Project and program manage all
Clearwire network co-location for Sprint-Nextel across South region. Conduct SME training for CDMA engineering groups in 1xRTT and Ev-DO network
overlay and integration.
Perform as SME regarding all wireless communications at frequencies of 3.2HZ to 60GHZ. Foster clear communications among operations and RF
teams to increase efficiency. Collaborate with sales team to inform new and existing customers of system enhancements. Present material to high-level
state, county, and city officials concerning current health of network. Fill coverage holes with new and old technology solutions by capitalizing on various

Project Manager Missouri /Ericsson. Managed 804 cell hardware change using Ericsson RBS6000. This was a $850 million project where I
managed site acquisition, construction test and turn up. Included CDMA, EvDO, LTE. Project came in under budget and on time.
Project Manager Houston /Ericsson Manage 254 cell site hardware change using Ericsson RBS6000. This was a $200 million project where I
managed site acquisition, construction test and turn up. Included CDMA, EvDO, LTE. Project came in under budget and on time.
Generated savings of up to $10M in capital expenditures through providing thumbnail explanation of channel element usage with new base
station radios and delivering expertise regarding wireless communications.
Produced savings in excess of $2M annually by ensuring guidance for alternate access vendors to change backhaul to Sprint-Nextel network.
Saved $20M in capital expenses, building 50 fewer cell sites, through mentoring and training engineers to optimize entire network and
improve operations.

Program managed 139-site build of multiple RF technologies, including CDMA IS95, 1xRTT and EvDO, GSM, Edge, 850MHz and 1900MHz, and
AMPS/TDMA. Conducted fixed network engineering, including FCC part 101 and FCC part 15.

Played key role on team charged with project management and tracking of all hardware as well as ordering of shelter, towers, and installation of
