Indico
Born as a European Project. Developed since 2004 by CERN, released as Open
Source (hTp://indico-so^ware.org). Used in more than 100 ins7tu7ons world
wide
Web-based, mul7-plajorm mee7ng/conference storage and management
system. The so^ware allows the storage of documents and metadata related to
real events
Most of the events that take place in the organiza7on are scheduled through
Indico, so that the whole community can follow them and collaborate
Day-to-day mee7ngs are easily manageable, allowing the par7cipants to submit
materials and share them with others, as well as joining video-conferences,
webcasts and other real-7me events
Provides standard workow, allowing users to request services such as webcast
and recording.
