The Self-Image (SI) Inventory is a questionnaire that you can use to analyze different
aspects of your self-image and self-esteem. Its important to remember, however, that selfimage is abstract it lacks specific boundaries or limits and cant be measured on an
absolute scale. Think of the following SI Inventory as a subjective indicator of your selfimage, not an absolute assessment of it.
The SI Inventory is designed to help you describe how you think and feel about yourself. It
is an indication of your self-esteem, your self-perception as it relates to others, and your
satisfaction with your role in life.
Directions:
There are no right or wrong answers. The best answer is your honest answer. Avoid
answering the questions the way you think others would. Listen to yourself and avoid
comparing yourself with other people when you determine your response.
