Dont Stop at the Prophesy

35
BY CEONLINE ON APRIL 9, 2014CONFESSIONS
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us
prophesy according to the proportion of faith (Romans 12:6). Sometimes, some Christians wonder
how come they prophesied that something was going to happen and it didnt happen, and then they
concluded that maybe it was a false prophecy after all. Not necessarily. Lets learn from the
Prophet Elijah: there had been no rain for three and a half years, then suddenly he prophesied to
King Ahab ;get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain(1 Kings 18:41).
After giving the word of prophecy, the Bible didnt tell us that immediately, the rains started
pouring down. Rather we read in the next verse what Elijah did; he went up to the top of Carmel;
and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees(1 Kings 18:42). He
went to pray. Elijah followed up his prophecy with prayer. He didnt idle away, waiting for the
abundance of rain, despite having prophesied by the Spirit that God would send rain. After praying
for a while, he said to his servant, Go up now and look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked,
and said, there is nothing, and he said, Go again seven times(1Kings 18:43-44).
This had to have gone on for several hours if not days. Each time Elijahs servant went out to check
if there was rain and came back, he met Elijah still praying. By the seventh time, the Bible says, it
came to pass in the meanwhile, that the heaven was black with clouds and wind, and there was a
great rain (1 Kings 18:45). Elijah didnt stop at the prophecy, and this is what a lot of Christians
havent learnt to do. They make the mistake of stopping at the prophecy, and when the rain as it
were, dont come, they wonder why. Its because you stopped at the prophecy; you didnt follow up
the prophecy with prayer. Get smart and get praying; and youll see those prophecies come to pass
in your life. Hallelujah!
What Can You See?

And the LORD said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and
look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all
the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever (Genesis 13:14-15).
When the Lord told Abraham to lift up his eyes and look, in the scripture above, He wasnt
referring to the mans physical eyes, but to the eyes of his spirit. God told him all the land he could
see was his; it was now up to Abraham to decide how far he wanted to see. Being a man of faith,
he looked from his spirit and saw the whole world. The Bible says For the promise, that he should
be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the
righteousness of faith (Romans 4:13). Abraham became the heir of the whole world by faith.

Now, thats not the end of the story. The Bible says So then they which be of faith are blessed
with faithful Abraham (Galatians 3:9). Youre as much the heir of the whole world as Abraham:
And if ye be Christs, then are ye Abrahams seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians
3:29). No wonder the Bible declares that God has given you everything you require for life and
godliness (2 Peter 1:3). However, its that which youve taken possession of by faith, that which your
spirit has embraced, that you can enjoy. So its up to you! As far as your eyes can see, thats what
the Lord has given to you for an inheritance.
As you fast and pray about the coming year, see yourself making unprecedented progress in every
area of your life. See God taking you from glory to glory. Perhaps youve been praying and asking the
Lord for a child, see that child with your spirit first. Whatever youve taken possession of from
within, will certainly manifest in the physical.
Start practising how to see from your spirit, for your spirit is where the light of God is. God
doesnt function in the realm of the mind or senses. If youre going to enjoy all the wonderful
benefits of salvation God has in store for you, then youve got to see with the eyes of faith and
speak forth what you see.

Your Set Time To Do Great Things 1

BY CEONLINE ON

APRIL 9, 2014 CHRISTIAN LIVING

And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou
shalt be a blessing (Genesis 12:2). From the scripture above, we notice that it was God who spoke to
Abraham and said, I will make you great; it wasnt Abraham who cried out, O Lord, make me
great! It was Gods choice to make him great, and from that point on, the man did great things. He
defeated five kings and their armies with three hundred servants trained in his house (Genesis 14).

His wealth and influence outweighed those of the nations where he dwelt. He was a force to be
reckoned with by kings of nations around him because of how great he was. The Bible says if ye
be Christs, then are ye Abrahams seed, and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29). If
youre born again, youre the seed of Abraham; the seed of greatness is in your spirit. Therefore
you ought to do great things. Great people do great things. When the seed of greatness is in a man,
hell undoubtedly do great things that will be spoken of for generations after Him.

Never think small or see yourself as small. Youre the offspring of the great God of glory; His seed
of greatness is in you. Its your set time to do great things. Everyday, tell yourself, Im doing great
things, for the Spirit of God lives in me! I refuse to think small or do small things. Im born for
greatness! Remember, you were born into greatness! Your family history is replete with stories and
feats of greatness. Im not talking about your earthly family, but the family of God to which you

belong. This is your time to do great things in the Kingdom of God. Its your set time to do exploits
in your job, business, academics and other areas of your life.

THE POWER OF PRAISE 5

BY CEONLINE ON

AUGUST 21, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, LIVING IN VICTORY

Our God is great and greatly to be praised. He delights in our praises. As new creations were those
He has sanctified and separated unto Himself to worship Him: For we are the circumcision, which
worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh
(Philippians 3:3). Irrespective of the circumstances around us; whether or not we feel like it, the
praise of God is continually in our mouths.

How important it is for you to learn to praise the Lord in spite of adversity. When you sing the
Lords praise, His glory is revealed, not only in your life, but also to your environment (Judges 5:17). In 2 Chronicles 20:1-22 for example, the nation of Judah had been surrounded by the armies of
three nations, determined to destroy them and take over their land. But Jehoshaphat, king of
Judah, was a wise king. He called together all the people of Judah and proclaimed a fast.

As they fasted and prayed, the Lord gave them the strategy for battle. On the day of battle,
Jehoshaphat put singers in front of the army. The Bible records that when they began to sing
and to praise, the Lord set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir,
which were come against Judah; and they were smitten (2 Chronicles 20:22). Through the power of
praise, they discomfited their adversary.

Consider also the inspiring account of Paul and Silas chronicled for us in Acts 16. They had been
imprisoned for preaching the Gospel and had their hands and feet bound in stocks. Then at
midnight; at that dark and lonely moment of their lives, they began to sing praises to God: And at
midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And
suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and
immediately all the doors were opened, and every ones bands were loosed (Acts 16:25-26).

It doesnt matter what challenging situation you might be facing right now, praise the Lord anyhow!
Glorify Him from the depths of your heart and His power will be activated on your behalf. You
might have been praying about a specific condition, its now time for you to praise Him. Do it
lavishly, for He deserves it, and as you do, youll see His power move on you like never before.

Theres A Way Out! 4

MAY 24, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, LIVING IN VICTORY

Heres a response from the Lord Jesus to a man who was helpless and in a distressed situation in
the verse below; (Mark 9:23) Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to
him that believeth. His son had been taken over by a demon, which often threw him into the fire
and into the water to destroy him. Desperate, the man finally came to Jesus and said, Master, if
thou canst do anything, have compassion on us, and help us (Mark 9:22). Jesus then answered him
saying, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.

My question to you today is, can you believe? If you can believe, anything is possible! It doesnt
matter what the case is, if you can believe, all things are possible to him that believes. Do you
believe you can walk again? Do you believe you can see again? Do you believe you can be whole again?
Theres enough transforming power in you to effect a positive change in that very situation you
might be in right now.

Perhaps sickness has attacked your home or you have a loved one thats suffering terribly from a
debilitating ailment, and the doctors have said theres no way out: If thou canst believe, all things
are possible to him that believeth. Theres no such thing as no way out for the Christian who has
the Holy Spirit. You can have a testimony if youd only believe.

Consider Moses and the children of Israel. Hemmed in by the Red Sea and the fierce Egyptian
army, Moses cried unto God for help. What happened? God instructed Moses to stretch his hand
over the water and divide it. Moses did as he was instructed and the Red Sea split wide open.

Theres no hopeless situation for the child of God. If you can only believe, nothing shall be
impossible unto you. Instead of crying about the situation, lamenting how dire it is, effect a change
today by putting your faith to work.

We Believe To Receive 3
BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 30, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, CHRISTIAN LIVING

In Christianity, believing is a means to an end, not an end in itself; you believe to receive. So many
people believe in Jesus, but they arent conscious of what their believing is supposed to produce
for them. Thus, their believing only translated to religion because they got nothing out of it. To
believe without receiving something is mere religion, and Christianity is NOT a religion. The Bible
says in Mark 11:24 that Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

You dont just say, I believe, and then receive nothing. If you truly believe, the necessary result
of your believing is to have; our believing brings us possession: For God so loved the world, that he
gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting
life (John 3:16).

Most have emphasised only on the believing part, and have never thought of the result of their
believing. When you believed in Christ something happened; you received eternal life into your
spirit. Jesus said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life
(John 6:47). Youre not supposed to believe for nothing; you believe to have. Our consciousness of
what we receive because of our believing is important. Jesus said in John 11:40 If you believe, you
will see the glory of God. Romans 10:10 (WNT) says For with the heart men believe and obtain
righteousness, and with the mouth they make confession and obtain salvation.

The Grace To Excel 9

BY CEONLINE ON

SEPTEMBER 11, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, CHRISTIAN LIVING

Every Christian has the grace to excel in everything. God is able to direct all the grace you require
for anything in this life towards you, such that youre never behind in competence or ability. The
Bible says in 2 Corinthians 9:8 that And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye,
always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work. Youre qualified for any
task; thats what it means to have all sufficiency in all things; it means you have all the
competencies and special skills required for excellence in every good work.

The word translated sufficiency, in this context, is the Greek autarkeia, which means
competence. This indicates a state of self-sufficiency whereby you require no aid or support. God
has given you a life that makes you so competent that you dont require any help! This can work
vitally in your life. You can be sufficient in all things; competent in all things. You can be competent
in your job, family, academics and daily pursuits.

Theres another word translated sufficiency in 2 Corinthians 3:5, this time, the Greek word used is
hikanotes, and it means ability: Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think anything as of
ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God. This means that the ability of God has been made
available to you. No wonder Paul the Apostle crescendos in Philippians 4:13: I can do all things
through Christ which strengtheneth me.

You too have been specially enabled to live supernaturally to the glory of God, because it says your
sufficiency, your ability, your hikanotes is of God. Refuse to function with your human ability;
rather, function with divine might. Thats what youre going to do throughout this year: use

supernatural ability. You can do all things through Christ! Make this your confession every day.
Never say, I cant. Change your vocabulary. Even now, begin to say, I can walk, I can do the job.
I can perfect it. I can do anything. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Dont Excuse Sickness 5

JULY 4, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, LIVING IN DOMINION

The bible makes us understand in Isaiah 33:24 that And the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick: the
people that dwell therein shall be forgiven their iniquity.

Some people have a hard time accepting the supernatural life Christ has made available for
everyone who believes in Him. They find it strange to think and accept that its actually possible to
live on earth without being sick. Some even buttress their claims with what Paul said in 2
Corinthians 12:7-9: there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet
me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might
depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made
perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of
Christ may rest upon me.

Many have interpreted Pauls thorn in the flesh to be a kind of sickness, and use it as an excuse to
say, If Paul could be sick, then, its normal for any Christian to be sick. However, thats not what
the Bible teaches. Thorn in the flesh doesnt necessarily refer to a problem in the flesh; its a
figure of speech used to express something that causes pain or discomfort, a troubling or
perplexing situation.

If you study Pauls writing in context, youll discover he wasnt referring to any kind of sickness or
infirmity of the body. The 10th verse lets us know he was referring to the batterings he
experienced from the persecutions, reproaches, distresses and adversities he faced for the sake
of the Gospel. He never for once rejoiced about being sick or excused sickness.

Understand that Jesus came, not just to die for us and save us from sin, or to heal our sick bodies,
but also to give us Zoe, the God-kind of life. That life is what you received when you were born
again, and it cant be destroyed by sickness, disease and infirmity. Sadly, many havent understood
what this life is all about, so they suffer ignorantly with sickness (Hosea 4:6). But as you take a
hold of this truth today and live by it, youll begin to experience the joy of living in divine health.

BLAZE THROUGH THE BARRIERS 6

BY CEONLINE ON

MAY 8, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, LIVING IN DOMINION

Someone once asked me if it was possible for Satan to place a hindrance on the path of someone
whos born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Emphatically yes, but that doesnt mean anything!
As a matter of fact, the easiest challenge to handle as a Christian is that which is masterminded by
Satan. (Luke 10:19) Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all
the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

In 1 Thessalonians 2:18, Paul revealed how he and his team encountered hindrance from Satan:
Wherefore we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again; but Satan hindered us. Now,
Paul was full of the Holy Ghost, and had the Word of God dwelling in him richly, and he discerned
that it wasnt just some natural form of hindrance, but one caused by Satan. But that didnt in any
way impact negatively on his ministry. He still did all that God called him to do and fulfilled his Godgiven destiny.

Understand that the more effective you are for the Lord and in your faith-walk, the more Satan
seeks to stir adversities against you. But you need not worry about him; hes not a factor at all! He
and his demons are intelligent beings, and they understand and respond to spiritual authority. When
you come against them in the Name of Jesus, theyve got no option but to flee. So, you can easily
blaze through every opposition; not only are you protected from the assault of the enemy, you have
the power to cast him out.

Jesus made it clear that we would face tribulations, but He assures us of victory all the way (John
16:33). So it makes no difference the hindrances or obstacles Satan tries to place on your path,
youre to blaze through them and walk on in victory.

Satan knows you have authority over him; hes aware Jesus has given you all authority: Behold! I
have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental
strength and ability]over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way
harm you (Luke 10:19 AMP). As long as you know the power you wield in the spirit and use it boldly,
giving no place to fear, youll always be victorious in life and nothing can hinder you!

Your Walk With The Spirit 5

BY CEONLINE ON

JULY 21, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, CHRISTIAN LIVING

Your whole life ought to be based on nothing else but your walk with the Holy Spirit; thats the
secret to a life of absolute and unlimited success. When you spend quality time in fellowship with
the Holy Spirit, He lifts your vision and enables you to see like God. The Bible says that Enoch

was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him:
for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God (Hebrews 11:5. Youll see what
He sees that other men dont see. Youll find yourself living in a realm that the world doesnt think is
real; an arena they probably only dream of.

So many people chase after the wrong things in life. They think of life only in terms of material
things or about money, but life isnt about material gains. The Bible says, A mans life doesnt
consist in the abundance of his possessions (Luke 12:15 RSV). Life isnt about anything in this world.
What matters is your walk with the Holy Spirit. Look at Jesus; the Bible says about Him, How God
anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power (Act 10:38). That was His
secretthe Holy Spirit! No wonder, He lived as a master over everything. He didnt live in a big
palace like Caesar or King Herod, and He didnt dress in the most expensive clothes. But He
definitely wasnt a pauper, and He never showed Himself to be that way. He was princely in every
way, yet He showed us that life was more than material things.

Life is more about the victory inside you through the Spirit. Its your response to circumstances;
your ability to control and dominate the forces of nature and the world around you to live above
circumstances and have a relationship with the Father that the world cant influence. Thats the life
God has called us into: a joyful life, twenty-four hours a day, where nothing moves you because
youre bigger than the world. Its a life where you get anything you want, not to keep it wasted, but
to use it for His glory.

In your walk with the Holy Spirit, ensure you speak in tongues regularly; dont be lazy about it. Itll
catapult your life to higher realms of glory in a way you never imagined.

He Seeks Your Fellowship 3

BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 16, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, CHRISTIAN CHARACTER

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be
with you all. Amen (2 Corinthians 13:14).

This scripture was Pauls prayer for the saints at Corinth. The Greek word translated communion
above is koinonia, which also means fellowship, participation, and partnership. Is it possible for a
man to have a personal relationship with God, the Creator of heaven and earth? The answer is an
emphatic Yes! He isnt unapproachable as the religious folks try to make us believe. Actually, the
Bible reveals that He longs for your fellowship.

God isnt always looking out to punish you for your sins or wrong doings as some people think. When
youre acquainted with the Lord, youll realize He loves you even in spite of your wrongs. Remember,
He was the One who went looking for Adam and his wife in the Garden of Eden, even though He
knew they had disobeyed Him (Genesis 3:8-9). In his epistle to the churches, John said, That which
we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our
fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ (1 John 1:3).

You may be wondering, Whats so special about me that God seeks my fellowship? Its because
youre His very offspring; you have His life and nature: And this is the record, that God hath given
to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not
the Son of God hath not life (1 John 5:11-12).

The reason God can fellowship with you is that you have His life (Zo) in you. The world doesnt
speak His language, but you do, for His Holy Spirit lives in you. This is the reason He delights in
your worship and prayers. No wonder He said, before they call, I will answer; and while they are
yet speaking, I will hear (Isaiah 65:24). So you see, prayer is more than asking Him for things; its
a fellowship. Thats what the Lord seeks; your fellowship with Him.

Dont Stop Until Theres A Change! 8

BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 7, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, FAITH

Do you know your persistency in prayer is absolutely vital to changing your circumstances?
Sometimes when you have a matter to settle or you desire a change in a situation you dont have full
jurisdiction over, you have to continue in prayer until that change comes. Now this doesnt negate
faith nor mean youre unbelieving. Actually, the reason you choose not to give up or shift grounds is
because youre acting your faith. The Bible says that The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of
a righteous man makes tremendous power available (dynamic in its working) (James 5:16b AMP).

Many are too used to praying emergency prayers that dont work. They wait until the pressure
mounts and then start pushing panic-buttons and praying fast prayers for fast answers. But Elijah
knew better. We read in our opening scripture what he did when he wanted a miracle: he cast
himself down upon the earth and put his head between his knees, praying heartfelt, continued
prayer (1 Kings 18:42-44). He prayed until he got a miracle.

This is what many in the Church today arent doing. Years ago, Christians were taught to be earnest
and persistent in prayer, but the more they learned the Word of faith, the more some drifted away
from the message of prayer. But to be effective, you must have the two together: the Word of
faith and earnest, heartfelt, continued prayer.

You must have the willingness to pray with all your heart and continue in prayer until you have the
note of victory in your spirit. You might ask, But when do I stop? You stop when you know that
you know in your spirit (not in your head) that its done! Remember, this is different from the
prayer of faith, where you pray only once and dont have to go back to pray again about the same
thing.

What have You Discovered? 7

JULY 11, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, SPIRITUAL TRAINING

Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a
matter.

Theres something exciting and beautiful about how our heavenly Father relates to each of His
children. He relates to you uniquely and specifically as though youre the only one on the face of the
earth. The way He functions and carries out His ministry through you is also unique. This is one
reason you ought to know how His anointing functions, or rather, is activated in you. You need to
discover this unique ministry for yourself.

For example, in Exodus 17, when Joshua led Israel to battle against Amalek, we observe that the
course of the battle was mainly determined on the mountain where Moses lifted up his hands.
Before this time however, there was no revelation to that effect, of hands being lifted up. But
Aaron and Hur observed that the victory came about as Moses lifted up his hands: And it came to
pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek
prevailed (Exodus 17:11).

When they understood this, they got a stone, set it under him to sit on. Then they both held up
Moses hands, one on each side, so his hands remained steady until the sun went down. Hence,
Joshua battled Amalek to victory with the edge of the sword. Same way, even though Samson had
learnt that his hair was a symbol of the power of God in his life, he had to discover how to have a
quick-charge during adversity. He usually would shake himself to activate the anointing (Judges
16:20).

What have you discovered in your life, in connection with how the Spirit of God leads you in victory?
Have you discovered His unique ministry in you and through you? Spend some time to pray in other
tongues and study the Scriptures. The Lord will show you specifically how the anointing functions in
you and through you. With this, youll be able to achieve the unimaginableby the power of the
Spirit.

CONTINUE IN INTERCESSION 4
BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 23, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, PRAYER

Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I
will teach you the good and the right way (1 Samuel 12:23).

You can train yourself to become an effective intercessor, and to do that, youre going to have to
spend time to pray. The Lord Jesus said in Luke 18:1 that men ought always to pray and not to give
up. One of the rules in intercession is that you must be persistent and continue in prayer for as long
as it takes for you to see the desired result. In James 5:16, the Bible describes this kind of prayer
as earnest, heartfelt, continued. Many miss out on their miracle because they give up too soon.
They gave up when they ought to have continued in intercession about their desire.

For example, when youre trying to prevail through intercessory prayers for someone else to align
with Gods will, you dont stop until theres a change. What youre actually doing is concentrating the
influence of Gods power toward that one for his or her good, and that requires some persistence in
prayer. Not only must you be persistent, you must also continue in prayer for as long as it takes to
see the necessary changes.

You may have been praying concerning a loved one and it seemed as though the more you prayed the
worse the situation became. In fact, that is a proof that youre making impact and tremendous
advancement in the realm of the spirit. So dont stop there! Until you get that note of victory in
your spirit and are certain that you have what you asked for, keep praying.

Intercessory prayers could require for you to get importunate with the Lord, where you get overly
persistent in your request and demand. Jesus cited an example of this in Luke 11:8. If there are
issues for which youre currently interceding or that you want to intercede about, pray, and dont
stop until your heart begins bubbling over with thoughts of the positive outcome of what youve
prayed about. Thats when you know that your ministry as an intercessor has been effective.

Grace, Together With All Wisdom 3

OCTOBER 2, 2014 ARTICLE OF THE WEEK, CHRISTIAN LIVING

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches
of Gods grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding (Ephesians 1:7-8 NIV)

This is so beautiful! I wish Gods people will be wisdom-conscious in addition to being graceconscious. The same way that He has lavished His grace on you, in superabundance, so has He
abounded towards you in all wisdom and prudence.

Just as grace is of the Spirit, and can be multiplied in your life through the knowledge of God, and
of Jesus our Lord (2 Peter 1:2), so is wisdom of the Spirit. In addition, you grow in wisdom through
the Word. Gods Word has the divine ability to impart wisdom to your spirit: And that from a child
thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise (2 Timothy 3:15).

If youre born again, Christ has been made unto you wisdom (1 Corinthians 1:30). Divine wisdom is a
product of your recreated human spirit that you must be conscious of, just as youre conscious of
the grace of God that brought you salvation. Acknowledge that you have the wisdom of God
functioning in you! The Bible says, That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by
the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus (Philemon 1:6).

When you acknowledge wisdom, wisdom will promote you; as a force, itll control and propel you to
say and do the right things. Wisdom causes you to be in the centre of Gods will for your life,
gloriously fulfilling your divine purpose in Him. Itll change everything about you. Youll have divine
insight into mysteries and secrets, and be able to deal wisely in the affairs of life, knowing the
right steps to take in everything you do.

Excitingly, wisdom is already in your spirit! All you need do is recognize it; confess the Word and
walk in it! As you do, wisdom will exalt, promote, and bring exceeding beauty and excellence into
your life.

GRACE 10
BY CEONLINE ON

OCTOBER 2, 2014 FROM OUR BLOGS, TOPICAL STUDY BLOG

INTRODUCTION

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him
be glory both now and forever. Amen.

WHAT IS GRACE?

Grace is the divine influence on the heart of a man and it is reflected or expressed outwardly. In
other words, it is the out-working of a divine inward influence in your heart through Gods Word and
the Holy Spirit. Grace is the glory of God working in a mans spirit. The Greek word for grace is
Charis. It beautifies the spirit and would always show on the outside. Grace functions at different
levels in our life. It locates you and brings you into the good place at the right and opportune time.
Some people do define Grace as unmerited favor but this definition is from a negative point of
view and is somewhat limited.

There is such a thing as to increase in grace, to grow (Auxano). As Christians, the Bible admonishes
us to grow in grace even as we grow in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Dont work against
Grace in other people; acknowledge, respect and help grow it when you find it manifesting in others
around you.

SEVEN (7) OUTWORKINGS OF GRACE

The Grace of God can be seen in what it produces; as much as Grace is a divine working on the inside
of a man, it manifests itself on the outside of a man in diverse ways:

1. ACCEPTABILITY.

There always is something about a man/woman with Grace that attracts people to him/her. Grace
singles you out; they just dont know why they are attracted towards you. Grace has got nothing to
do with ones status, profession or gender. You can turn on grace in your life; God gives you more
Grace as you put to use the Grace He already made available to you. Grace causes nature to respond
to you and there are levels of Grace at which different Christians function. It should be your
desire to function at the highest level of Grace possible.

2. THE ADVANTAGE.

Grace brings and gives you the Advantage. As a Christian, you need to ALWAYS be conscious of the
Grace of God upon your life, this is what makes it work and you need to recognize that you have got
grace working for you. You do not need to struggle for/with anything in your life, if you put the
Grace to work, it will deliver them to you, on a platter. Hallelujah! Grace is the glory of God working
in a mans spirit and it beautifies. Only the man with Grace recognizes Grace. Never try to work
against Grace in a mans life; one who does it, fights against the Source of Grace; Deity.

3. FAVOUR.

Grace brings you FAVOUR. Good is turned towards the man with Grace and forgiveness always
knocks at his door. Even when he seems to have made great mistakes, the Grace of God speaks for
him. To walk in Grace means to walk in and with divine influence. It makes you have the mentality of
if I want anything, I will get it! You are Gods trophy, and He wants everyone in the world to know
how much he loves you. He is the I am and you are the in Him. There is no need for the struggles
and the worry wrinkles. Grace is available to deliver favour to you. Favour that comes by Grace
comes by divine influence. Hallelujah! All He says is yield to my Word.

4. JOY.

Grace brings about Joy; joy indescribable and unspeakable. As a Christian walking in grace, let Joy
work out through your life. When you take advantage of grace, the world will not be able to explain
how you are always up there. Where they let worries and the cares of this life control them, they
do not understand how you have become a distributor of joy. With grace in your life, you become
dauntless even in seemingly difficult situations. When challenges come to you look inwards for the
solution, because you know that: THE BIGGER THE PROBLEM, THE BIGGER THE TESTIMONY.

5. LIBERALITY.

Grace brings LIBERALITY into your life. You have got to recognize that Grace opens a two-way
channel; it is called giving and a receiving channel. Recognize that giving is a Grace. When Grace
opens up that passion to give; it also opens up your CAPACITY to receive.

6. PLEASURE.

Grace brings about PLEASURE. Do you know that Pleasure comes spiritually and that you can take
pleasure in all that God has created? Your life is for Him; recognizing this makes everything in your
life pleasurable and yet pleasing to God. Now, Grace brings about a kind and happy pleasure that
should make you appreciate the people and the things in your life.

7. GIFT.

Grace brings GIFTs into your life. Grace brings about an uncanny ability to do what others cannot
do. This can manifest itself by form of a skill, quality and understanding of certain areas. Its
important that you recognize the gift of God upon you and put it to use, it makes Gods power to
come upon it.

YOUR ROLE WITH GRACE

The Scripture is laden with accounts explaining how God has given us the measure of Grace. Much
more, we have a huge role to play in making sure that the purpose for the Grace is accomplished.

God expects us to put his Grace to work by careful study and meditation of His Word, which is the
Word of Grace.

Make up your mind to put to work the GRACE upon your life. The Bible says in Romans 5:17 For if
by one mans offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and
of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ. You can decide to put to test
the grace upon your life and you can be sure that your testimonies will be those of unprecedented
manifestations of the Holy Ghost.

THE FAITHFULNESS OF JESUS FAITHFULNESS (PART 1) 3

BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 11, 2014 FROM OUR BLOGS, TOPICAL STUDY BLOG

Jesus was faithful and faithfulness was and is His character. We earlier defined faithfulness as
being committed to a cause, person or message in such a way as to be dependable and also as
commitment with purpose of positive distinction. From this definition of faithfulness, we can see
that faithfulness brings uniqueness to your character, with clarity of purpose, a definiteness and
direction.

We are looking at the purposeful commitment of Jesus Christ with clarity and distinction. We
likewise are not just following Jesus blindly or hanging on to religion; were committed with purpose
in following Jesus Christ. It is important to know that faithfulness does not just work in your life;
its a decision you make. You choose to be faithful and to have faithfulness in your character and
build it in your spirit. You become a faithful person by choice, and youll know that youre faithful if
you are.

Heb 3 v 1 2: Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the apostle and
high priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; who was faithful to him that appointed him, as Moses
was faithful in all his house. In this scripture, we see the faithfulness of Jesus as a character;
Jesus was faithful to God who appointed him. The Bible says we should be imitators of Jesus; we
should have the character of Christ and be like him.

Heb 2 v 17: Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might
be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins
of the people.

Jesus distinguished Himself and was faithful to God who appointed him. We can imitate this
principle of life by which Jesus lived.

John 4 v 34: Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his
work. Also read Rev.1:5; Rev.3:14 (NIV).

EXAMPLES OF FATHFUL MEN IN THE SCRIPTURES

Faithful men and women have always been the key to Gods program in the earth, and from the
scriptures, we see that God did great things with their lives. Some examples of faithful men in the
scriptures are:

Abraham: God found Abraham to be faithful: Nehemiah 9 v 7 8; Genesis 18 v 19; Galatians 3 v 9.

Moses: Moses was faithful in Gods house; he did everything that God asked him to do. God
testified that Moses was more than a prophet and was faithful. Hebrews 3 v 1 2 , Numbers 12 v 6
-7.
David: Ahimelek, the priest of God, testified that David was a faithful man: 1 Samuel 22 v 14.
Daniel: Daniel 6 v 4 5 (NIV): Daniel was faithful; the scriptures say that he was neither corrupt
nor negligent. He was faithful in all his dealings. Daniel was true to God; his faithfulness was with
direction and he was clear on who he was faithful to and what his faithfulness was about. He
remained faithful to God even when he was persecuted by his government in things pertaining to
God.

From the scriptures above, we can see that their primary allegiance, dedication, commitment and
loyalty was first to God, then to others. You must be clear on what you are faithful to? Who you are
faithful to? and why you are faithful? We should be stubborn against anything that is not
consistent with the Word of God and choose to be faithful to God.

The principle of faithfulness is to be faithful to God first then to any other person that requires
our faithfulness as long as its consistent with Gods Word. 2 Corinthians 8 vs 1 5 (NIV): .And
they did not do as we expected, but they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us in
keeping with Gods will. Learn and choose to be faithful wherever you are.

Some people in the New Testament were also described as faithful:

Tychicus: Ephesians 6 v 21; Colossians 4 v 7

Epraphas: Colossians 1 v 7
Timothy: 1 Corinthains 4 v 17
Onesimus: Colossians 4 v 9
Silvanus: 1 Peter 5 v 12
Saints at Colosse: Colossians 1 v 2
Other scriptural references of faithful men: Nehemiah 7 v 1- 2; Nehemiah 13 v 13; Isaiah 8 v 2.

Faithful people are entrusted with important responsibilities. You should be described as one who
fears God above any other.

God has always looked for faithful men and women to carry out his program on the earth and God
wont do much with your life, until youre faithful. He always looks for those who are faithful
because faithfulness is His character and we must have His character in us. Faithfulness therefore
should become our character.

FAITHFULNESS AND PERSECUTION- FAITHFULNESS (PART 2) 8

BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 19, 2014 FROM OUR BLOGS, TOPICAL STUDY BLOG

The Bible tells us that all those that will live godly in Jesus Christ shall suffer persecution.
Persecution may come from family members, friends, co-workers or the government but you have to

know that your primary allegiance is to Jesus Christ; make it clear to yourself, in your spirit and
never let that change. Our salvation became a reality when we confessed and declared the Lordship
of Jesus Christ in our lives, and once Jesus becomes the Lord of your life, Hell share that place
with no other (Romans 10 v 9).

The Apostle Paul wrote to Timothy (2 Timothy 3:1) and said that in the last days, perilous times will
come; dangerous times. There shall be a time of trouble and persecution in the last days. We have
to prepare ourselves because life in this world is not without challenges, but it is a blessing to be
persecuted for righteousness and for the Name of Jesus.

Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were also persecuted for righteousness and for their
allegiance to the Lord. The story of Daniel in the lions den and Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in
the fiery furnace are great encouragements for us. (Reference: Daniel 3) Be strong in your heart
and be faithful like Daniel.

Those who are truly sent of God are faithful. Faithfulness is one of the hallmarks of a man that is
sent of God. Being sent doesnt make you faithful; you are sent because youre faithful. You may
have been called but until youre faithful, you will not be sent. You have to be proved faithful.

2 Timothy 2 v 2: And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same
commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

1 Corinthians 4 v 2: Moreover, it is required in stewards that a man be found faithful.

Jesus commits the gospel to faithful men who will be able to teach others also. Faithfulness is in
our spirit and it is important for us to choose to be faithful. Galatians 5 v 22: The word
faithfulness is used in some translations of Galatians 5 v 22 instead of the word faith. Both words
are accurate in this context because faith is a product of our spirit and we received it when we
were born again. Beyond that, faithfulness, which is the character of God is also in our spirits. We
can walk in faithfulness because it is consistent with our new life in Christ Jesus. You must however
choose to be faithful and let faithfulness have the right of way in your life.

There are several areas in which we can manifest the character of the faithfulness that is in our
spirits. Like Abraham, we can become dependable and be faithful in the things of God, and like
Moses, we can be faithful in all Gods house.

Areas to manifest the character of faithfulness:

Faithfulness in our service in the house of God.

Faithfulness in using the gifts and abilities God has given to us.
Faithfulness in specific assignments the Lord gives us.
Faithfulness in the use of financial and material blessings that the Lord has granted us.
Faithfulness in evangelizing our world: we must be committed to winning souls. The distribution of
Rhapsody of Realities during our Reach Out campaigns, for example, is our effort to spread the
Word and evangelize our world, and we should be a part of this and be committed to it. Only
faithful men and women will take the gospel to the ends of the earth.
Faithfulness in ministering to one another.
Faithfulness in our work place and in our business relationships: Be a positive contributor where you
work. If your company is facing a challenge, open your mind to God and He will give you the answers
so you can go back and give the solution. Become trusted and make your business prosper and move
forward because youre a blessing everywhere you go.

THE BLOOD OF JESUS THE ATONEMENT FOR SIN (PART 1) 7

BY CEONLINE ON

JUNE 25, 2014 FROM OUR BLOGS, TOPICAL STUDY BLOG

INTRODUCTION

In the first part of this topic, each member should:

Understand the importance of blood and its role in atoning for sin.
Be enlightened about some of the different offerings given for atonement in the Old Testament
and their significance.
This subject is very important, as it is a fundamental element of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, having a clear understanding of it would help us build a solid Christian foundation
without which we would experience instability, or probably live as non-Christians.

What is Blood?

Well begin our study by clarifying some very basic things; the first being: What is blood? To
understand the blood of Jesus, this needs to be clarified, because we need to determine whether in
referring to the blood of Jesus, the Bible is speaking in generic terminology, or if its referring to
something specific. Is it dealing figuratively, or is it being specific of a particular substance?

Scientifically, blood is defined as the fluid consisting of plasma, blood cells and platelets that is
circulated by the heart through a vertebrates vascular system, carrying oxygen and nutrients to,
and waste materials away from all body tissues. Functionally, a similar fluid in animals, other than
vertebrates, is also called blood. It means were dealing with a substance: the fluid in our bodies and
in animals, often red in colour. This is simple to understand because its something common to every
one of us. So, when we talk about the blood of Jesus, we are talking about this fluid that goes
through the body. Now, how important is the blood and what does the Bible really say about it?

We would begin from the book of Genesis:

Genesis 9:1 4: And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply,
and replenish the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the
earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of
the sea; into your hand are they delivered. Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you;
even as the green herb have I given you all things. But flesh with the life thereof, which is the
blood thereof, shall ye not eat.

At that time, God had taken action against the world and destroyed it; all of mankind was destroyed
except Noah and his family; and the Lord blessed them after they came out of the Ark. This
blessing was very similar to the blessings and instruction He gave Adam at the beginning. He gave
them every moving thing as meat, and every green herb; however, He said in verse 4, that they
couldnt eat flesh with the life thereof, which is blood. God gave us a very definite understanding
there, that as far as He was concerned, the blood is the life of the flesh.

This understanding in verse 4 above, was unveiled before the law of Moses was introduced.

Blood: The Atonement For Sin:

Now under the law, in Leviticus 17:11, the Bible says: For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I
have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that
maketh an atonement for the soul.

This is remarkable! In Genesis, He made it clear that the blood is the life of the flesh. Now, coming
to the law, He brings in the subject of atonement, saying, the life of the flesh is in the blood, and
Ive given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls.

Atonement means appeasement; propitiation; to satisfy the claims of justice. This refers to
compensation for wrongdoing. He was telling them that if they did wrong, they had no way of
satisfying the claims of justice, or the divine claims, so, He gave them blood as the atonement for
their souls the blood of the animal upon the altar. This meant with the blood of an animal, God
could overlook what they had done and look at the blood as their representative. But this was going
to be a definite animal chosen by God, and it was to be carried out in His prescribed manner.
Moreover, there were only to offer sacrifices in altars designated by the Lord.

The First Sacrifice For Sin:

The first sin in the world was committed by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The Bible records
that after they sinned, they hid themselves and tried to flee from God, but God called out, Adam
where art thou. His response to God, was that He was hiding, because he was naked. But God said,
who told you that you were naked? Have you done what I told you not to do? Of course he had done
something wrong, and he and his wife covered themselves with leaves (Genesis 3:8-11). However,
God did something: He called them and killed an animal, spilled the blood of that animal, and used
the skin of the animal to cover their nakedness, instead of the leaves they had used. Observe that
He killed an animal, spilled the blood of that animal and made atonement for them(Genesis 3:21;
Hebrews 9:22).

As we progress on this study, always remember what God did right there in Genesis, from the very
beginning. The first time man sinned, God killed an animal, sacrificed the blood of that animal and
covered their nakedness with the skin of that animal.

A Spiritual Law:

Lets look again at Leviticus 17:11: For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to
you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an
atonement for the soul.

This shows us a spiritual law, meaning there is no other way to make atonement for the soul except
with blood. This is Gods divine order; His divine principle and law, thats why He instructed them
not to eat the blood of an animal, which they killed.

You know, man may get all the elements together and try to create artificial blood, but it will never
give life. God hid the life in the blood; thats where God put the law of the human/animal life. The
blood of the human body has the life of that body.

Over in the New Testament, Hebrews 9:22 agrees perfectly with what we read above: And almost
all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission

Sin cannot be wiped away without the shedding of blood; its a spiritual law. So relate this with what
we read in the latter part of Leviticus 17:11 the blood makes atonement for the soul. He didnt
just say for your soul, but for the soul, letting us know this is a spiritual law.

Different Types Of Offerings:

There were different kinds of special offerings, which God called for in the Old Testament. The
five major ones were:

The Burnt Offering

The Grain Offering
The Peace Offering
The Sin Offering
The Trespass Offering
These were very important offerings, and youd find them explained in the book of Leviticus. Now,
because we are dealing with the blood of Jesus, we would be looking into the offerings that had to
do with blood, and their significance.

The Law of the Burnt Offering:

Leviticus 1: 1 4: And the Lord called unto Moses, and spake unto him out of the tabernacle of the
congregation, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring
an offering unto the Lord, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the
flock. If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall
offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the Lord.
And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to
make atonement for him This is the law of the burnt offering.

The burnt offering referred to here was a personal free will offering. Notice the Scripture above
says, he shall offer it of his own voluntary will, at the door of the tabernacle of the
congregation If a man wanted to give an offering, he was to take of the herd or of the flock, and
offer it of his own voluntary will. He was required to put his hand on the burnt offering, and it was
accepted to make atonement for him. Notice here that it had nothing to do with whether or not the
man had done something wrong.

Noah also offered a burnt offering even before God gave instruction about the blood in Genesis,
and it wasnt because he had done something wrong.

Genesis 8:19 21: Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon
the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark. And Noah builded an altar unto the Lord;
and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.
And the Lord smelled a sweet savour; and the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the
ground any more for mans sake; for the imagination of mans heart is evil from his youth; neither
will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.

He got a blessing there, because he did what pleased God. This would not be the first time a man
would offer a burnt offering. The Bible tells us Abel evidently offered a burnt offering unto the
Lord.

The burnt offering typically represented what we call an acceptance offering. It was an offering of
dedication and acceptance, which meant on the mans side, when he offered a burnt offering, he was
dedicating himself; and the Lords instruction was that the whole offering should be burnt, so

everything on the altar would be accepted. From the mans perspective, it was an offering of
dedication, and from Gods perspective, He accepted the man.

Notice Leviticus 1 Verse 4 above says, and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for
him. The man hadnt done anything wrong, yet the Bible says the burnt offering shall be accepted to
make atonement for him. Meaning even in their relationship with God, they needed to have
atonement/an appeasement, to come before God and be accepted of Him. They didnt have to look
around to know if they had done anything wrong, as far as God was concerned, they were unclean in
themselves. God was so holy; He required a burnt offering.

The Sin and Trespass Offerings:

The sin and trespass offerings also required the shedding of blood. If you sinned knowingly and
willfully, you were expected to give the sin offering. But, there were certain sins categorized under
trespasses, and these were sins committed unknowingly.

These offerings the sin and the trespass offerings were given as atonement for personal sins and
guilt. In each case, an animal or a bird was killed, and that became the atonement for their specific
sins. They always had to go before the priest with this animal, and the priest who was designated
would take the necessary action; hell kill and offer the animal in the prescribed manner, and then
burn whatever part God said should be burned in the prescribed manner. And this continued every
time a man sinned. If you study the whole of Leviticus 4 and 5 youd see this covered all kinds of
sins. You either had to offer the sin offering or you offered the trespass offering, depending on
what category the sin belonged. But this provided covering or atonement for the time being.

National Offerings:

In addition to the offerings made for personal sins, guilt, trespasses and dedication, was the
national offering. This is a very significant aspect, where God charged Israel as a nation with sin.
They were not the only nation that did wrong; other nations and people sinned too, but the beauty
about Israels situation was that God provided a means to come out of their predicament through
the Abrahamic covenant, which they had with Him. But the rest of the world didnt have a way out;
they lived in complete condemnation, thats why the Bible says they were strangers to the
covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world (Ephesians 2:12). But these
chosen people of God, the Israelites, were given a particular way to come out of their trouble, when
they sinned against God.

As a people, every year, they had to offer a special sacrifice by which God was appeased over them
and their sins, so that they could walk before Him, and enjoy all of His blessings for the next one
year. However, at the end of one year, it was brought to mind; their sins were remembered again.
Why? Because the Bible says it was not possible for the blood of an animal to completely take away
sin. For this reason, it had to be done again and again. Remember, the Bible shows us that sin is
actually a nature. When Adam sinned against God, he took on himself the nature of Satan; the very
nature of sin. The Bible tells us that disobedience brought sin (Romans 5:18). When he disobeyed,
he sinned against God and that sin brought spiritual death, which is separation from God. And so, in
order to cover his sin for the time being, God killed an animal, but that couldnt cover his nature.
Man was still a miserable offender and sinned again and again; therefore God allowed these
sacrifices to go on and on.

The Importance Of Meditation 2

BY CEONLINE ON
STUDY BLOG

MARCH 24, 2015 FROM OUR BLOGS, SPECIAL FEATURES, TOPICAL

For a long time, many of Gods children equated meditation with just thinking or pondering over the
Word. However meditation is much more than thinking deeply on a subject. That is just one aspect
of meditation; theres more to it revealed in Gods Word.

Meditation is one of the Godly exercises that you must practice for a life of dominion and glory. It
is a vital activity for every child of God, and its power cannot be overemphasized.

In Joshua 1:8, the Bible says this book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt
meditate on it therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written
therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

Three levels of meditation

The word meditation in the verse of scripture above is translated from the Hebrew word hagar
which means to imagine; mutter. It also means to roar. This immediately tells us that there are
three levels of meditation, each of which is vital.

The first level of meditation is to visualize Gods Word as you study it. This means to ponder or
think quietly on Gods Word in pictures. As you keep these pictures in your mind, the Word will be
driven into your spirit and will take root there.
The second level of meditation is to mutter Gods Word. This means to speak Gods Word under
your breath, to yourself, over and over again. As you do this, the Word will become personal to you.
It will go beyond the written page, beyond the reading of your mind and intellect, into your spirit. It
will become Gods Word to you, and not some distant words written in the Bible.
The third level of meditation is to roar Gods Word! At this stage, you shout Gods Word out loud.
In the book of Isaiah 31:4, the Bible says, For thus hath the Lord spoken unto me, like as the lion,
and the young lion roaring on his prey, when a multitude of shepherds is called forth against him, he
will not be afraid of their voice, nor abase himself for the noise of them
In this verse of scripture, the Bible beautifully translated the same Hebrew word hagar as roar.
The purpose of this kind of meditation is to drown every other thought in your consciousness,
including thoughts that the devil may try to bring and cause the Word of God in your spirit to rise.
When you begin shouting Gods Word to yourself like this, some other folks may think something is
wrong with you, but continue. The Bible says for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and
then thou shalt have good success.

The Power Of Meditation

Meditation drives the Word into your spirit. It takes the Word from your mind into your spirit. In
your mind, you can still reason out the Word of God; but when it gets to your spirit, it becomes real
and personal to you. That Word may not have any scientific explanation, but you just know that it is
reality, and there is nothing that can take it from you.

Also, it is important to understand that meditation is what gives you Rhema. Rhema is the spoken
Word of God. It is the now Word of God for your situation and you receive it by meditating on the
written Word, which is Logos. Logos has the ability to produce results in you and to deliver an
inheritance to you, but it will not make you enjoy your inheritance. The Word that changes things is
rhema. With rhema, there is no condition in your body that cannot be changed.

Another powerful result of meditation is that it will make you the Word! This is Gods purpose for
giving you His Word, so we would become the Word.

As you practice meditating consistently on Gods Word, you find that you will begin to think, talk,
and act like God. Your whole life will become a reflection of the Word.

Fellowship By Love 4
BY CEONLINE ON

OCTOBER 30, 2014 FROM OUR BLOGS, TOPICAL STUDY BLOG

God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord (1
Corinthians 1:9). Every Christian has been called into fellowship with the Lord by spiritual law.
However, not all of them are in fellowship with the Lord by love. To fellowship by law means He has
brought you into partnership or fellowship with Him. On the other hand, to fellowship by love means
there is an intimacy in your relationship with Him.

A man can get married to a woman and become one with her by law, but communication may be
absent. There may be disagreements every now and again in that marriage. So, although theyre one
by law, they may not be living as one. In the same way, that youre a child of God doesnt mean youre
in fellowship with Him by love. Fellowship by love means theres communication, an intimacy. You love
the Lord passionately and Hes all that you seek.

In other words, the reason you pray, fast, and study Gods Word is not because you have a need.
The reason youre in every church service and dedicated fervently to the things of the Spirit is not
because you want God to do anything for you, but because you love Him. Its those who are in
fellowship with God by love that enjoy the greater blessings of His Kingdom. Being in fellowship
with Him by love means your devotions are inspired by love and not by law. It means youre in
fellowship with Him because you love Him and nothing else. This is what produces covenant
friendship between you and the Lord.

The friends of Jesus are those that know the mind of God. They enjoy a unique fellowship with the
Masterfellowship by love! As a result, they have insight into divine secrets of the Kingdom (John
15:15). Make a conscious decision today to fellowship with the master in love, and watch your life
move in the direction of Gods perfect will for you.
