"There is an angular but resilient harmony to this photo that offers a sense of
the photographer effortlessly arching for perfection in vision. I am most
impressed by the simplicity of the image and how much of an impact it had on
me. The slight gradations in tone along with the abstract qualities of the
image feature an imaginative dance of shadow and light that leaves the
observer contemplative and wanting to delve into the complexity of the
photographer's intelligent eye. Overall, this image offers us a great example
of the theme of this magazine and archistract vision."

"Aside for the well chosen angle which presents a very dynamic but also
balanced view of the building, what impressed me in this architectural image
was the fact that the artist limited his/her choice of tones to a very narrow
range of bright tones, yet the result has a lot of presence and depth. Working
with a limited range of tones is very challenging because one has to handle
tones and subtones subtlety in order to achieve a believable and compelling
result and this image has both these qualities."
