AT&T EXPANDS FAST 4G NETWORK TO MACOMB COUNTY

Customers Get Faster Mobile Internet Speeds to Better Enjoy Life on the Go

WARREN, MICH., July 22, 2015 AT&T* is now covering more of Macomb County with its 4G
network to give area residents and businesses mobile Internet speeds up to four times faster than 3G.**
Customers in eight area communities can now use their smartphones to surf the Internet faster than
ever before. Faster data speeds and improved performance will be noticed in:

Armada along Depot Street, west of Fulton Street

Centerline south of Warren Boulevard, east of Van Dyke Avenue
Eastpointe (two sites) north of Eight Mile Road, east of Gratiot Avenue and south of E. 10

Mile Road, north of Stephens Road

Macomb at 21 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue
St. Clair Shores east of Jefferson Avenue, near Kramer Street
Sterling Heights (two sites) south of 15 Mile Road, near Marina Drive and along Van Dyke

Avenue, near Plumbrook Road

Utica (three sites) east of Dequindre Road, north of Hamlin Road; east of Mound Road, north

of 25 Mile Road and at 23 Mile Road, near Aldin Drive

Warren on the campus of the GM Warren Tech Center, east of Mound Road and Warren also
is home to a new cell tower at Pauline Street, south of E. 12 Mile Road, which also serves the
south side of the GM tech center.

AT&T constantly invests in its network to give customers the high-quality services they need to stay
connected. AT&T is adding the latest in network technology, such as small cells, to ensure customers
have wireless service where they need it most. The company is also using distributed antenna systems,
which can improve service in crowded areas and large structures, like a sports stadium.
AT&T invested more than $1.7 billion during a three-year period from 2012 through 2014 to improving
the network statewide.
