Promoted to create the SAS Center of Excellence and the SAS Alliance Lab to guide 200 programmers
and test the latest software analytic tools for big data
Designed High Performance Analytic architectures for State proposals using Oracle Exadata Database
Machine, the Infiniband network, the Exalogic Appliance, and a collection of SAS tools. Provided sales
support and won two large big data DHHS State projects of 75 to 400 TB each, supporting more than

Developed a risk adjuster statistical model using SAS/STAT for health care reform in cooperation with

Developed econometric time series models using SAS/ETS to determine the effect of implementing a
Preferred Provider network (PPO) nationwide on total cost, benefit utilization and new enrollment. The
