CHILDREN
According to a recent Census Bureau report, more women in
their early 40s are childless. In addition, women who are having children
are having fewer than ever before. According to the latest statistics, during
the past three decades, the number of women aged 40-44 with no children
has doubled, from 10% to 20%. In addition, those who are mothers have
an average of 1.9 children each, which is more than one child fewer than
women of the same age in 1976. According to the survey of 76 million
women, those with graduate/professional degrees recorded the most births
of all educational levels. About 36% of women who gave birth in the
previous 12 months were separated, divorced, widowed, or unmarried.

simply want to cuddle up on
the couch with a warm cup
of hot cocoa, snacks and your
favorite holiday movie. How-
ever, with the rising obesity
levels, especially among chil-
dren, staying active before,
during and after the holidays
is an important part of being
healthy.
A key way to help your chil-
dren become healthy adults
is to encourage an active life-
style. Children in the United
States today are less fit than
they were a generation ago,
and physical inactivity has
become a serious problem.
So, what can parents do
to help increase the entire
family’s fitness level? First

be a covered box with hay
or pine shavings as well as

Sheep should always have
a blanket on no matter what,
but during the colder days,
make sure they have some
wool that can keep them
warm. You should leave the
wool on them about 1” to 1/2”
long; that will provide some
warmth to the lambs.
Rabbits, chickens and all
other livestock should be
kept as warm as possible.
