1. OVERVIEW
DASHBOARD are available from VP to RM level. It is also available to all the
respective division admins.

DASHBOARD can be viewed based on the role selection. They can be added
with reviews and then exported to PDF for further process.

2. PROCEDURE
a. Dashboard is available in the left corner just below the NavDisha Logo after you
login to the system.

b. Click on the link provided and below screen will be displayed.


c. Select the Division, Role & User name and click on Generate button
Note : For higher up, data is aggregation of the team members

d. The dashboard details are displayed as below

3. KPI Data
When the user generates the chart, he gets the following table of data.
The data of the present and the past months gets generated. As shown in the figure
below.

Below are the fields Present in the data:


Dr. Average: (No of Doctor calls/No of Field working days) Missed Calls: Actual Doctor
calls Total Doctor Calls(if actual doctor calls is greater than total doctor calls then the
missed calls is zero)
Total Coverage: (Total doctors met/Doctors present in the list)*100
Class A Coverage:(total drs met of class A /Total no of drs. Of class A)*100
Class B Coverage: (total drs met of class B /Total no of drs. Of class B)*100
Class C Coverage: (total drs met of class C/Total no of drs. Of class C)*100
Chemists Average: (No of chemist calls/No of Field working days)

Missed Doctor Count: Total doctors in list Total doctors met

Fieldwork Days: Displays the no of field working days as per DCR

Bar chart:As shown in the figure below,this chart shows the total no of calls made for
the months in the form of bars.(jan to june)
It shows the average of calls made per day against months.

Line chart: As shown in the figure below,this chart shows the total no of calls made
for the months in the form of lines.(jan to june)
It shows the average of calls made per day against months.

5. % customer coverage
Bar chart: As shown in the figure below,this chart shows the percentage customer
coverage of total coverage,total coverage class A, total coverage class A Plus and
total coverage class B in the form of bars for the months.(jan to june)

Achivement against the months(jan to june) in the form of bars.

8. Action Points
Provision made to add the comments / action points and saved for the month report is
generated.

After this this can be exported to PDF for further analysis.
