1) Require drain connection for water heater T&P relief line or route
to other approved location. Provide water heater safety pan. 2) All
env. bathroom exhaust, Kitchen hood, Laundry exhaust to be
terminated at the exterior and 3' from operable windows. 3) Fire
stop tub waste and overflow box and drain and all penetrations thru
rated floor/ceilings, walls, etc. Note: Tub tests ok'd, under floor DWV
inspected less drain to come for WH T&P.
Progress on previous CN - floor drain at water heater ok, packing at
PVC floor penetration ok caulking come
Shower pan tested. Tub and shower now both tested and OK'd. Fire
stop done on all floor penetrations. Talked to contractor about the
requirements for use of condensing dryers and exterior terminations
for bathroom exhaust. Told by contractor that there had been
agreement thru e-mail to allow natural ventilation to West side
bathroom, told contractor to provide me the copy of this agreement.
Final inspection for 4th floor completed.
