Payments may be made by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). If your organization
requires an invoice prior to payment, this may be requested in the online form.

Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be in writing (to Seminar@ThestrategicLeader.org) and received at least
one week prior to the start of the workshop. All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $150.
Cancellations received less than one week before the start of the workshop will be accepted for emergency
situations only. No shows will forfeiture all registration fees.
Substitutions are allowed at any time, otherwise refunds are given as follows:
More than three weeks prior ....80%
One to three weeks prior .........50%
Less than a week ...................none
