Visual quality check random
During the Wujie Inspector arrived at factory, all the pipes had been finished manufacturing , the
pipes body were given the coating of 3PE ,the Inner of pipes were given by Epoxy coating ,all of
sizes with beveled ends ,root face was found on the beveled ends, all pipes with straight welded
seam on external and internal surface of pipes ,all off pipes with marking on the body as above
request ,no obvious defects of visual quality were found on site.
Marking : Please see the below photos
Remark : Each pipe with plastic label of MADE IN CHINA on the inner of pipe .
The Actual Findings as follow :
Marking on the external surface of all pipes
- All of pipes with end protectors
No rust and oxide skin on the surface of pipe
Plastic Label of Made In China was found on the inner of pipes
Remark : No marking of Made in China on the surface of pipe was found .

Remarking : All of pipes with External and Internal coating(For drinking water system) ,Pipes
with beveled ends with caps ,each pipe ends was pasted with the label of shipping marks &
Marking on the surface of pipes , pipes with suitable protectors .
Container with Isolation to avoid the damage .

Unloading advice :
In order to avoid damaging of pipes at discharging port ,please be careful when pull out of the
coated pipes with suitable equipment ,the suitable solution of unloading pipes should be given by
your forwarder agent which must to be considered the possibility for help save unloading .
