security apparatus encompassing all facilities and personnel; conducted hands-on comprehensive security analysis of
all company sites to determine risks and security gaps; identified problem areas, and persuaded company executives
to adjust security budget accordingly in order to provide improved security
Led implementation of $1 million in security equipment upgrades and facility improvements with another $4
million targeted to be invested within next 2 years
Safeguarded stability of business operations against possibility of catastrophe by spearheading development of new

Portland from participating in FBIs Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF); provided confidential communications between
elected officials, Portland Police Bureau (PPB), and concerned parties by negotiating resolution which ensured
community safety by not revoking PPB officer security clearances despite withdrawing personnel from sitting on JTTF
Arranged for regular briefings on critical public safety matters in lieu of security clearance for Mayor in order to
ensure Mayors security concerns were addressed

double conviction of espionage in history of U.S.; vetted highly specialized team which operated in secret in
complicated, multi-national case which uncovered previously convicted spy using son to maintain contact with
Russian handlers despite being already incarcerated
