preparation spots

- Not to turn into reddish black an steel

surface preparation - Not to omit secondary surface preparation welding lines, inside of angle stiffener and the edge of
holes which are difficult surface preparation

Zinc salt treatment

-To remove same white sedimentation on

exposed shop primed surface. However,
the tracing is allowable after removed zinc
salt

painted film

-Not to show push-up painted film when

thumb is fiercely twisted on painted film
-Not to find when feet is trodden on painted
film

Strip coat condition

- To cover under coat and stripe coat constantly without omission

Re-coat
interval
(Min/Max.)

As per Paint Maker's recommendation

Cleaning/Foreign
matters Condition

To remove foreign matters and spray dust

Low DFT
Holidays

Low DFT is based on the drawing of Paint

specification and is not found holidays

AND

Sagging and Exceeding DFT

- Severe sagging is repaired with sand papering in order to make it smooth surface.
However, sagging of various hole, collar
plate, scallop, etc. are not repaired with
Paint Maker's recommendation when
Builder is stripe coated for the edges.
- Exceeding DFT than Paint Maker's recommendation is repaired with sand papering

Checking for Relative Humidity

Below 85%

areas
and touch up condition

- All of damaged areas must be repaired No specified DFT for touch up are must be
repaired as per Paint specification

Sagging, Pinhole,
and
Exceeding
DFT

- Not to find sagging, pinhole (however,

sagging of various hole, are not repaired
with paint Maker's recommendation when
Builder is stripe coated for the edge.
- Exceeding DFT than Paint Maker's recommendation is repaired with sand papering
