Outline

This equipment - Solder Paste Printer - can be used to perform an automatic printing
operation.
Registration of Pattern is carried out by vision compensation due to axial movement of
CCD camera & manipulator (movement of X,Y,), assuring the overall repeatability.

Special

features

All major movements are controlled by Servo motors to enable most efficient &
high precision printing.
Parameter setting & operation is possible by key board - which also enables the
smooth setting change.
Automatic variation is possible by feeding the clearance data, in case of ON, OFF
contact printing.
Dislocation of PWB at the time of printing will not occur as positioning of PWB is
done by external clamping in X & Y directions.
Stable printing is always possible due to the application of Floating type Squeegee.
High precision alignment is possible due to application of multilevel control in vision
processing.
Cleaning system is a standard accessory.

Cleaning system is formed by Dry type, Wet type and


Air blow, which allows customer to select from Wet and
Dry cleaning, only Dry cleaning or Manual cleaning.
Dry system
Rolled cotton passes over the
surface and cleans by suction.
Wet system
Cotton soaked in IPA (Isopropyl
alcohol) wipes the mask surface
assisting the Dry cleaning process.
Air blow
Drying of cleaned surface is
accelerated by air blow.

PWB mark Reference marks are provided at two
locations on PWB to correct position
deviation of entire PWB.

Note
PWB surface treatment should be either copper foil
or uniform solder plating.
