ACTOREMPLOYMENTAGREEMENT(Release)
THISAGREEMENTismadeandenteredintoasofthefollowingdate____________by

TheProducerwishestousetheservicesoftheActorinconnectionwiththeproductionof
theTraileruponthetermsandconditionshereincontained.Accordingly,itisagreedas

1.ROLE:ProducerherebyengagesActortoplayaroleintheTrailer.
2.SALARY:TheProduceragreestoplayActor__________forthiswork.(Ifthereisno
paymententer$0.00intheblank.)
3.TERM:Thetermofemploymentisexpectedtobeginonthefollowingdate

4.WARDROBE:Actorwillfurnishthefollowingitemsofclothingandaccessories:

6.NAMEANDLIKENESS:Producershallhavetherighttouseandtolicensethe
Actorsname,sobriquet,photographiclikeness,voiceand/orcaricatureinconnection
withtheTrailer.
7.INCLUSIVEPAYMENTS:AllpaymentstoActorshallbedeemedtobeequitableand
inclusiveremunerationforallservicesrenderedbyActorinconnectionwiththeTrailer
andtobepaidasacompletebuyoutofallrightsgrantedtoProducerhereunder.No
furthersumsshallbepayabletoActorbyProducerbyreasonoftheexploitationofthe
TrailerandallresultsandproceedsofActorsservicesinanyandallmedia.

8.PAYMENTSCHEDULE:Playerwillreceiveallmoneyduenolaterthanattheendof
thefinaldayofshooting.
9.FUTUREEMPLOYMENT:ThisagreementisforproducingtheTraileronly.
ProducerdoesnotguaranteeActoraroleintheMovie,nordoesActoragreehereunderto
takearoleintheMovie.
10.ARBITRATION:Anycontroversyorclaimarisingoutofthisagreementorany
breachthereofshallbesettledbyarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheAmerican
ArbitrationAssociation.Judgmentupontheawardrenderedbythearbitratorsmaybe
enteredinanycourthavingjurisdictionthereof.Theprevailingpartyshallbeentitledto
reimbursementofcostsandreasonableattorneysfees.Thedeterminationofthe
arbitratorinsuchproceedingshallbefinal,binding,andnonappealable.
