Software Endorsement From SP-NET
With an Endorsement from SP-NET to its member to use the prescribed software.
Each transaction Cost R4.50 and is marked up to R7.50. The remaining profit of R3 is split 50/50
between SP-NET and Torno-zest [Pty] Ltd.
*Please Note, Joint Ventures are being negotiated to switch at a fixed rate of (x) where 25% of
this will be an incentive to SP-NET.
Claims Management Endorsement From SP-NET
With an Endorsement from SP-NET to its member to use the prescribed Claims Management
Solution, Torno-zest will pay out an incentive to the SP-NET board per transaction.
Each transaction is charged at 7.5% and this includes, Data Capturing, Processing of Claims,
Follow up protocols on rejected claims, Accounting and Year-end Tax Filing with SARS through
an Accredited Charted Accountant. 30% of the 7.5% charged, is payable to the SP-NET board.
*Please note this solution provides a quicker turn-around for Data Analytics and Reports for
NHI
Implementation of Claims Management

Phase 1 Due-Diligence Period 3 Months
Required Outcomes
Trust to be built between SP-NET Doctors and Torno-zest [Pty] Ltd.
Proof of delivery.
Proof of sustainability and financial reward.
Motivational reasons for Due Diligence Period
Some Companies fail to deliver on promises.
Some Practitioners fail to fulfil obligations and do not pay for services.
Pre-requisites
Legally Binding contract in the form of MOU, NDA and or trade agreement
Board meeting with key-members
Minimum Critical Mass of 10 Members
Implementation Steps and Desired Outcomes
Claim probation period with a participation of 10 Practitioners.

Debt Collection of past 4 Months rejected Claims
Weekly Feed Back Reports in email format.
Monthly General Ledger and Reconciliation Statements.
Bank Statements as proof of payouts and delivery.
Quarterly Data Analytical Reports which contain insight as proof of technological
abilities.
Financial Gains for Both Parties SP-NET and Torno-zest.
