St Croce
A small house in Santa Croce street,
perhaps the most picturesque street
in Rovinj, contains two apartments: a
tiny ground floor studio and a splitlevel apartment that sleeps four.
St Croce studio is a cozy, newly
renovated space, but as it is quite
small, it is ideal for a couple or a solo
traveller who will spend most of their
time outdoors.
St Croce apartment consists of an
open plan kitchen/living room on the
first floor, while the two separate
bedrooms, both with double beds,
and a bathroom with a shower, are
on the floor above. Ideal for a family
or two couples, but because of the
many steep stairs in the apartment,
it might not be suitable for people
with mobility issues or families with
toddlers.

Volti
Two recently renovated apartments
with modern, clean lined interior, set
in the stone vaults of the ancient city
walls.
Volti studio
A spacious studio apartment with a
modern feel and high-end furnishing.
There is a double bed, an elegant
seating area with leather couch and
armchairs, a bathroom with a shower
and a state of the art kitchen with all
the appliances. As the studio is on
the ground floor, there is not much of
a view, but that makes it ideal for a
couple that may want to party late
into the night and sleep late in the
morning the studio is also
surprisingly quiet, although it is in
the center of the old town.
Volti apartment
An open concept large living
room/small kitchen and a cheerful
bathroom with a bathtub are on the

first floor, from where quite steep

stairs lead to the main bedroom on
the closed off second floor gallery.
With the double bed in the bedroom
and a fold-out couch in the living
room, the apartment sleeps four
comfortably. Might not be suitable for
toddlers or people with mobility
issues.
Trevisol
The airy apartments in Trevisol are
all identical in size about 45 square
m and in floor plan: one master
bedroom, one bathroom and the
kitchen cleverly connected with the
living room, all on one level, to
provide plenty of space and
accomodation for up to four people.
For very small people, cots can be
added.
Well-equipped kitchens with
dishwashers and microwave ovens,
comfortably large bathrooms,
efficient air-conditioning and tasteful

With its one bedroom with a double
bed and a fold-out couch in the living
room, this apartment can be a great
place for a couple, a family of four or
a group of friends. No sea view, as it
is on the first floor.
Trevisol 2
As in all apartments in Trevisol, the
kitchen is fully equipped and you can
prepare lavish meals or just make
coffe in the morning. There is a
partial sea view from the second
floor.
Trevisol 3
In this apartment that can sleep up
to four people, you can see the sea
and the island of Katarina from your
living room window, and feel the
fresh sea breeze.

Trevisol 4
Exposed ceiling beams and terracota
roof tiles give this loft apartment

Situated right on the beach, on the
edge of a fragrant pine forest about
two kilometers from the center of

welcomes you. As the bustling
farmers' market is around the corner,
the fresh locally sourced produce will
