My Notation:
Note 1 Admix to use Flow-meter (50ml/pulse type). Batch/production software program should
be able to accept pulse reading. Advantage is admix metering (for 2 or more admix
combo, commonly used today) is on concurrently instead of cumulatively basis
which will defeat the purpose of having 4 aggregate bins for batch sequence time
reduction.
Admix weighing bin is normally located above the central mixer level (out of view)
for gravitational flow-in and any leakage is not easily detected where else cylinder
dispenser are visible and all admix is dispensed into mixer via fluid pump with
Electric Non-returned valves.
Note 2 Load-cell for 4 Agg Bins, 3 Cement Bins & 1 Water Weigher is neither listed nor
specified? It should be 4 Load-cell for each Bin instead of 3 Load-cell to eliminate
load eccentricity/linearity on rectangular-shaped Bins.
Note 3 Weigh Indicator type & range neither listed nor specified?
