Duties & Responsibilities


1. The officer is expected to deliver presentations on WWF, Nature oriented topics
and its activities. During the presentations it is expected that students will raise
several questions therefore the preparation of the officers about WWF work and
related knowledge should be very strong.
2. The coordinator will interact with students of grade 7 through university.
3. Coordinate with schools and universities in Islamabad and surrounding areas to get
their students on board for the ECO Internship Programme. (A certain target will
have to be achieved)
4. Must have the knowledge to give trainings. The coordinator must have the ability
to control a group of one hundred and fifty students
5. Extraordinary communication skills are preferable.
6. Assist in all fundraising activities of WWF-Pakistan Corporate Relations
Department.
7. The coordinator will be responsible to examine weekly report from the students.
He/she will collect final report before the end of internship
8. The coordinator will be responsible to distribute the membership information and
form among the interns
9. The Coordinator along with the accounts staff will collect membership fees and
forms from each student on weekly basis.
10. The Coordinator will be responsible to complete the progress work of each
student on data base and will send this information to the head office for
consolidation and servicing to members
11. The Coordinator will reconcile the funds so collected by each student
individually and collectively
Eligibility / Selection Criteria
Education, Experience & Skills
A well-established personal commitment to nature conservation;
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Marketing, no experience require
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and Results Orientation;

Good interpersonal and computer skills specially Microsoft Excel;

Good English Language Reading, writing & speaking;


Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage (preferably Sage ERP
ACCPAC 500);
Relevant Experience will be an advantage however not mandatory.
Sensitivity to gender and other current social issues in countries such as Pakistan;
