• Organize and structure the Welding department in conformance with the CWB.
• Instruct and supervise the employees in the welding department, verify dimensional
Accuracy prior to welding. Implement and update means of measuring progress and
Process improvements.
• Maintain acceptable level of Consumables for the welding machines as well as the
Individual welders.
• Sourcing and purchasing of raw materials from the numerous Steel suppliers and
profilers.
