SHAPES & FORMS

Screen products can be flat, cylindrical or curved.

Shapes can be round, straight or oblique, as well
as inside out.

FINISH

Different types of finishes are available, depending

on the final application and aspect required
(pickling-passivation, electro-polishing, sandblasting,
powder coating).

FRAMING

Johnson Screens can supply panels or a fully

framed structure with all the necessary attachments.
Framing increases the construction rigidity,
while giving an aesthetic finish. It also makes
installation easier.

ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

Johnson Screens combination of skills, experience

and advanced technology, is an asset to many
architectural firms looking at innovative concepts and
designs.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

Johnson Screens Steel Brite cleaner is designed

specifically for the cleaning and protection of exposed
stainless steel architectural pieces. Outside environmental
elements can cause surface staining on stainless steel
products. Johnson Screens architecture pieces will retain
their new appearance and shine by applying the simple to
use, environmentally-friendly, two-step process of
Steel Brite and Passivator rinse.

Aesthetic & Functional

The manufacturing process of Johnsons screens involves the continuous welding of wires onto support
rods of different shapes and sizes in order to obtain a structure that is solid, resistant and aesthetic.
Countless combinations are available to architects by varying dimensions, slot size and tilt of rods and
wires creating a freedom in the creative process and approach.

Woven wire is being adopted by more architecture and building industry

professionals because of its optical and functional properties: reflectiveness,
transparency, opaqueness, flexibility, robustness, permeability to light and air,
service life, ease of cleaning, recyclability, and protection against the sun
and impact.
Johnson Screens basis for the innovative strength and quality of its woven wire
products comes from decades of experience in manufacturing technical woven
wire for filtration and separation. This technical expertise in the industrial sector has
also proven its value in the field of architecture. Variable mesh widths, lengths and
densities make it possible to achieve an unlimited variety of materials and effects.
