coal-fired 25 and 50 MW units of the cogeneration power plants in Sibiu and Timisoara, Romania.

*Project Engineer for the detailed design, procurement, construction, start-up and performance testing of 2 coal-
fired circulating fluidized bed boilers (203,000 #/hr, each) for a 50 MW cogeneration power plant in Stockton,
California. The scope of project included the furnace, burners, air distribution system, fuel feed system, solids
separation system.

*Project Engineer for the detailed design, construction and start-up of the retrofit and expansion of the catalytic
cracking facilities at Chevron Refinery in Richmond, California.
*Lead Mechanical Engineer for the detailed design, construction and start-up of the retrofit and expansion of
the steam methane reformation facilities at Unocal Refinery in Rodeo, California.

*Project Engineer for the detailed design and procurement: Great Plains Synfuels Plant coal gasification project

upgrading the whole system.
