Hello Isolda,

Based on the output you have on the DB rpm's we are still missing the following packages:
db-32bit-9-200407011229.x86_64.rpm
db1-32bit-9-200407011229.x86_64.rpm
Please install them. Also, before starting beehive, make sure you are emulating 32 bits shell.
You will have to run the command: linux32 bash

Regards
Erika A.

Hello Isolda,
Im Rogerio from beehive support. It was told to me that you are experiencing issues to install

Was the required rpm installed? Is this still a issue? If yes, please, let me know how can I
contact you,
so we can look this issue via a web conferencing.
I received the information that the SR#3-25211540021 was logged for this issue, but I cant
find it in our
system. Seems that there is some incorrect number. Please, could y! ou confirm the correct
SR number?

Thank you.
