process may be passed to the Admissions Testing Services and any institution involved in the candidates application for a place at one
of the BMAT institutions, and that data may be used for research purposes in connection with admissions procedures. You also agree
that if you obtain a place for a course where your BMAT result was used in the admissions process, then the institution administering
the course and UCAS may supply the Admissions Testing Services with data about your results in subsequent examinations whilst you
are studying at that institution, unless you specifically notify the institution in writing. The Admissions Testing Services will take
reasonable care to keep candidates personal details anonymous.

Remarks
Please note that test fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
Change of test date and time is not permitted.
A receipt will be issued and sent to you by post within two weeks of registration. Candidates will also
receive the BMAT candidate number by email after the registration.
No dictionaries or calculators are permitted for use in BMAT.
Any changes made to the personal details and/or university applications details must be communicated
to the Examinations Services no later than 15 October 2015 (by 12.00 noon HK time).
Access Arrangement requests for modified versions of question papers and all other requests should
be submitted by 30 September 2015 (by 12.00 noon HK time). Requests for access arrangement
should be submitted in writing together with medical proof along with your registration form and
payment.
Information required on the application form
Please give your name, gender, date of birth exactly as provided to the universities or UCAS.
Please make sure you have put down the university / universities you would like to apply to, the course
code and the respective college name.
Application form will be available on 1 September 2015.
Examination confirmation
Candidate will receive an email one week before the test to confirm the examination arrangements.
If candidate does not receive the confirmation 3 days before the test, please contact Ms Zita Yip on

Examination Result
Results will be released on 25 November 2015 via the Results Online system:
https://results.cambridgeassessment.org.uk/candidates/controller/open/login.html.
Results are only available for candidates to download for 60 days from the date of issue.
Candidate will receive the login and password on the examination day.
Candidates can submit a Result Enquiry or Application for an Appeal no later than 2 December 2015.
Such request and payment should be made to the Admissions Testing Service.
Results are only valid in the year that the test is taken and cannot be carried over to a re-application.
Test Preparation
Specimen tests are available on the BMAT website: http://www.admissionstestingservice.org/for-testtakers/bmat/preparing-for-bmat/. We strongly recommend you to practise for the test.
Disclaimer
The British Council and the examining boards take all reasonable steps to provide continuity of service. We feel sure you will understand,
however, that we cannot be held responsible for any interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control. If examinations or their results are
disrupted, cancelled or delayed, every effort will be made to resume normal service as soon as possible. The British Councils liability will be
limited to the refund of the registration fee or retesting at a later date.
