Project Description:
The Producer Incentive and Compensation (PIC) is a modernization initiative by FBL to enhance
the current business processes for producer management. The current process is handled by a
COBOL-based legacy system. PIC system is a vision to automate majority of the current
processes and thereby develop a user-friendly interface.
FBL's PIC consists of six modules - Producer Management Module, Client Account, Contract
Management, Accounting & Payroll, Compensation and Contests & Recognition. The project
purpose is to understand and modernize the pending functions of the PIC System. This
essentially includes the processing of Compensations using Batch processing mechanisms,
capturing of Contest & Recognition (CR) ,completing the pending Accounting and payroll work
and Reports Development in Crystal Report..

Project Description:
Project was related to migration and transformation of data from various sources (UKCB, Ulster
Bank, Retail, OLTP and External systems) to Star Schema. Major work was involved in
automation of manual work to automate in OLTP system. Designed and developed a platform
independent component in Oracle PL/SQL, which runs on the UNIX and Windows BOX, to
automate the OLTP system. Given design document and FSD for creating database objects for
DML operations in Data Migration tables, which runs after ETL over the DM data.

Project Description:
The Guarantee system receives the data from its own source as well as other alliance partner
bank; the data from the alliance bank was uploaded from flat file to Guarantee database by ODI
team. The loaded data was processed through different validation in Guarantee System. Validate
data then posted to main Oracle Database for Invoicing and balancing.
Role / Responsibilities Senior Software Engineer
Contribution:
The Guarantee Module is specially designed for Japanese Financial companies (NBFC and
Banks)
Developed Design and created process for Guarantee Execution, Fee Calculation and
Subrogation payment.
The Guarantee Module works with Interfaces, from which the month end data comes from the
Alliance Bank and uploads in the Guarantee System. Involved in development creating
process(Packages and Procedures)
System was designed for both Simple Guarantee and Processing Guarantee.
Simple Guarantee has a relationship on which a bank uses his owns infrastructure and ACOM
gives guarantee to the Alliance Bank's customer,
Processing Guarantee has a relationship where ACOM provide the infrastructure to the Bank to
run his business.
