Two Serendra

Two Serendra is part of a dynamic cluster of developments composed of low, mid and high-rise structures. The complex sits
on 2.3 hectares of land, 65 % of which are devoted to beautifully landscaped pathways and gardens where residents can
safely stroll, meditate and play. Only 35% of the site is allotted for the buildings to make way for "sustainable" living.
The concept for this luxury residential development is "suburban living in the city". Its quaint architecture, terraces and
windows patterned after ancestral houses found in the northern part of the Philippines adds to its charm, evoking things of
old yet with the modern urban touch that puts it in a class of its own.

Baguio Technohub
The Baguio Technohub in Camp John Hay is a cluster of cabin-type structures well-suited to the lush landscape and cool
climate. It is composed of a BPO campus and a Retail Village occupying 2.6 hectares of the 12-hectare site. The four-storey
BPO office - Baguio's first - is no taller than the tallest pine trees. The Retail Village houses dining and commercial
establishments. Its master plan follows the slope of the natural landscape. The result is an ideal environment that preserves
the legacy of Baguio's first architect Daniel Burham.

Convergys
Convergys One enlivens the Makati skyline with its glass faade and unique architecture. A cylindrical tower at the center
provides accent and a "meeting point" for the building's two sections. Amenities such as pantry/dining areas, employee
lounges and game rooms are situated on every office floor. The eight-story structure houses both executive and business
offices as well as 1,500 seats for contact center operations. Efficient floor plates and 24/7 telecom facilities are incorporated
in this vibrant workplace.

Park Terraces
As a premiere high-rise residential development located in the heart of the Makati business district, Park Terraces takes
condominium living to new heights. The three-tower, 50-storey structure houses luxurious amenities such as a sophisticated
lobby, 40 meter-wide motor court and arcade, a fully-equipped fitness center, festive social hall and a delightful children's
playground. A lush landscape of gardens and trees - as typified by an infinity pool that overlooks a canopy of trees - greatly
contributes to making it an idyllic vertical community. Park Terraces' concept of "effortless living in the city" is best summed
up in the direct link to Ayala Center. This exclusive connection provides residents with multiple access points to and from the
Makati CBD.

P&G Beijing
Referred to as the beacon of light, the P&G Technical Center is home to the company's research & development &
Innovation Center in Asia. The concept of modular laboratory enveloped by open work areas is trend setting in terms of
function & aesthetics. A four storey atrium illuminated by a skylight offers a cozy respite to users who wish to break away

from work. The architecture on the other hand is truly an icon as it marries traditional Chinese character with modern
elements. In addition, the center has sustainable features to lessen utility expenses. It has a built -in rainwater harvesting
system to maintain the green landscape.

Landmark Interiors
Landmark is the main retail tenant in TriNoma, a mall with a direct connection to Manila's Mass Railway Transit (MRT)
system. The entire mall is designed to be a sanctuary, especially for the weary commuter. Following this lead, Aidea, in
partnership with Seattle-based Callison Architecture, created a three-level department store with a relaxing feel. As soon as
patrons step into the main lobbies, they are ushered to a design experience made grander by special ceiling and wall
features. There is more room to shop, as each level measures 15,000 sq m. Open ceilings maximize the headroom, while
dropped ceilings in selected areas define the zones. Two full atriums with skylights reinforce the fresh and modern
ambience.

One Global Place

One Global Place is designed to be the home of the top international and local corporations in the Philippines. The striking
architecture is emphasized by a fin that covers the entire faade and also used as graphic motif reiterated on the lobby's
floor pattern, walls and metal ceiling, and on the elevator's doors. Frameless glass fronts open up to a magnificent lobby
featuring granite and stainless steel panels culminating in a splendid glass artwork. With state-of-the-art telecom capabilities
and 24/7 operational facilities, One Global Place is truly at par with the world's best corporate headquarters.

Aston, Red Oak, Meranti and Sequoia

Four distinctly themed high-rise residences, The Aston, The Red Oak, Meranti and Sequoia, are skillfully master-planned
into a sprawling community. Just like the splendid trees they are named after, the elegant buildings exemplify harmony of
nature and design. The Aston is geared towards families with young children; the 40-storey Red Oak has a wellness theme;
the Meranti is water-themed; and Sequoia, the tallest of the four high-rises, is inspired by sports.

People Support
People Support on Ayala Avenue is the first "built-to-suit" call center in the Philippines. Not only does it boast of large-sized
floor plates (5,000 sq. m.) and 24/7 facilities, but also a modern architecture that's appealing to its young workforce.
Business spaces and retail sections are incorporated in one structure, allowing dining and commercial establishments to be
conveniently located right below the workplace.

Senta
This 39-storey tower was conceptualized to attract the young urbanites working within Makati's Central Business District. It
takes its inspiration from water and nature as depicted on the design of its faade. The "S" in the development's name,
Senta, is shown as water flowing and is further reinforced by three different sized swimming pools strategically located within

the building. Its other amenities included to cater to the sophisticated tastes and lifestyle of these successful urban dwellers
are, a private outdoor theater, rock gardens and a lush roof deck that offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city.

Solaris Towers
Solaris One is a Knowledge Process Outsource (KPO) building . It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities such as a
sophisticated building and elevator system, hi-tech security and 24/7 operational facilities. At the same time, its stylish lobby
features a high ceiling, custom-made drop lights and a Koi pond. Upscale retail spaces on the mezzanine and ground floor,
plus a plaza garden in the middle of the two towers, are important additions for the benefit of its occupants.

UP AyalaLand Technohub
The University of the Philippines and private developer Ayala Land collaborate for the first time to create a science and
technology park conducive to academic study and creativity. Fourteen low-rise corporate buildings, designed for the
development of science and technology, are built on a sprawling 37.5-hectare site around which are a man-made lagoon and
natural landscaping to boost the park's objectives of refreshing the body and invigorating the mind.
A center retail area with a fountain plaza and conical towers serves as convergence point and emphasizes the technological
focus. This environmentally-sustainable park has systems for district cooling, water recycling, and storm water management.

Arya Residences
Arya Residences is the Philippines' first high-rise residential development aiming for LEED (Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design) Gold Certification. Aidea collaborated with Australian based design firm Crone Partners for this
project. This two-tower complex has a North-South building orientation to maximize wind direction, and has strategicallyplaced balconies to minimize the entry of heat into individual units.
Two features further exemplify the project's commitment to green living: The Plaza, an elevated retail area under a majestic
glass canopy (reminiscent of alfresco dining experiences in Europe), and The Terrace, a landscaped amenity area located
between the two towers.

P&G Gulf
Serving as the home for the Gulf region market, the P&G Headquarters in Dubai is a living example of its huge progress &
development. Veering away from the traditional & embracing the future, the design is a clean translation of utilitarian lines
softened by local geometry. In the end, the architecture is an icon of beauty, style and class.

The Columns Ayala Avenue

Alveo and Aidea collaborated on this project considered as the "first branding exercise for the real estate sector," a
development designed for young urban achievers who desire a sophisticated home to match their status in life.

The firm integrated architecture, interior design and environmental graphics from the early conceptual stage to give the
project a distinct look and character. Built in three phases, each tower remains as a stand-alone structure but the layout and
architecture are fully coordinated as one. The design maximizes desirable views and directs sea wind to the residential units.
Bamboo, the chosen graphic motif, is depicted in lobby murals and building exteriors. The Columns' country club-style
amenities give it a further edge.

P&G Geneva
P&G's headquarters in Geneva evokes a nice and warm feeling much like one's own home. Its design inspires pride in their
brands, work and national culture. Aidea collaborated the environmental graphics with Kolar Design to convey the Swiss
lifestyle as prominently portrayed in its interiors. Convergence areas such as the break-out rooms, the Innovation Center, Sky
Bar, Wellness Center and Kid's Area retain features that underscore the cozy ambience and facilitate collaboration.
It is worth noting that the Geneva office set the benchmark in terms of spaces in the P&G Corporate Community. It served as
an inspiration to other projects that followed suit.

Polakay
Polakay is a 65-hectare island resort intended to be a haven for eco-tourism and biodiversity. A comprehensive master plan
suits the island's topography. Facilities and amenities are focused to three areas: beach, river and mangrove. A wildlife
sanctuary is planned to protect existing flora and fauna. The same sanctuary integrates trails for nature walks and areas for
watching birds and fireflies. Situated in the middle of the cluster of cottages is an event pavilion for showcasing local culture
and festivities.

Celadon
Through efficient use of space and conscientious master planning, Alveo Land, the developer, and Aidea were able to
transform what used to be the Manila Jockey Club racetrack into this innovative mixed-use development. Residential, retail
and business portions comprise the six-hectare site. The residential section has the Celadon Residences town homes and
the two-tower Celadon Park condominium built side by side in a lush landscape. Retail and leisure areas are strategically
located around E-Services building to give employees and residents the chance to eat, work and play in the same place.

P&G Rome
P&G's main headquarters in Rome is a balance between passion and sophistication qualities that can easily be associated
with Italians. Use of subtle colors with pinch of accent features sets the tone of the Interior environment. The key graphic
application combined with textures, pattern & visual features reinforces the office theme of winning.
Aside from developing the environmental graphics in collaboration with Kolar Design, and designing the interiors, Aidea also
influenced the base building architecture by recommending the most efficient configuration.

BGC Office Building

Strategically located at the center of bustling Bonifacio Global City is a 29-storey building accredited with Grade A status by
the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA). With its generously-sized floor plates (about 1,500 sq. m.), first-rate telecom
capability and facilities for 24-hour operations, Bonifacio E-Services primarily caters to business process outsource
companies. Its ingenious layout - one that strategically places the elevator core at the side, instead of the center in order to
maximize floor space - complements its high-tech features. Frameless glass fronts and rear glass curtain walls illuminate the
interiors and provide scenic views, while underscoring the versatile architecture as the building is also envisioned for mixeduse.
