isusedforsummarizedissuestatus,sortedbyEscalation,Severity,andStatus.IndividualIssue
ManagementWorksheetscanbeusedfordetailedstatusreportingandupdateonanindividualissue.
TheProjectManagermonitorsthestatusofresolutionoftheIssue(i.e.statusofimplementationof
theActivityPlantoresolvetheIssue).TheProjectManagerprovidestheIssueOwnerfeedbackand
assistanceasnecessaryinresolvingtheIssue.
IftheProjectManagerdeterminesthatprogressonresolvingtheIssuecouldbenefitfromescalation
touppermanagement,thentheIssueisescalatedforreviewandattention.TheProjectMangerfirst
escalatestheIssuetothePMOLeader(orthePMOLeadersdesignate)whomayhavetheauthority,

ClosedOut.IfResolutionApprovalisrequired,thenthatapprovalisobtainedbeforeclosingoutthe
Issue(eitherthepersonwithResolutionApproval,ortheIssueOwnerafterreceiptofapproval,should
officiallycloseouttheIssue).
