Pre-Reading
1.Put up pictures of daily activities on the board (change clothes, wear
shoes, read a book, brush teeth). Prepare flashcards with the names of the
verbs, but do not put these up on the board. Flashcards: change cloth, wear
shoes, read a book and brush teeth.
2.Call one pupil to the front of the class. The pupil picks one flashcard and
matches it to the right picture.
3.When all the pictures have been labelled correctly. Pupils read aloud.

While-Reading
1.Introduce the poem My Day.
2. Recite the poem and pupils repeat with the correct intonation and
pronunciation.
3.Introducing the tunes line by line, followed by the pupils.
4. Pupils practise as a whole.

Post-Reading
1.Pupils are divided into 6 groups and perform in front of the classroom.
2.Activity book page 8, pupils fill in the blanks with correct words.
